Basement: 428,000 bells
Second floor: 298,000 bells
Left, Right, or Back room: 348,000 bells
Main room expand to 6x6: 98,000 bells
Main room expand to 8x8: 198,000 bells
Other rooms expand to 6x6: 498,000 bells
Other rooms expand to 8x8: 598,000 bells
You can also remodel parts of your house's exterior, such as:
1. Roof
2. Tiles
3. Fence
4. Door
5. Mailbox
6. Chimney
7. Siding
8. House Shapes
