Theme Challenge
After completely expanding your house, you have VIP status and become eligible to participate in the HHA Theme Challenge.
You must decorate your house with items from a specific theme (Antique, fairytale, hobby, natural, oriental, science, stylish).

90% of room's furniture matches theme: 8,000 per unique item in room and 70,000 per exterior item matching theme
3 or more parts of exterior match theme (and 90% of room's furniture matches theme): 11,000 per unique item interior; 95,000 per exterior item
Penalties
