Chapter Nine

Chapter Nine

Felix’s P.O.V.

            It was around 6:00 p.m. and I was sitting on the couch waiting for Cry to arrive. I had a whole pile of different games we could play and different movies we could watch and I also made us spaghetti for dinner. I was hoping that I wasn’t going overboard with everything, but I just wanted to impress him and prove how awesome I was.

            I sat there twiddling my thumbs thinking about how tonight will go. A minute later I heard a knock on my door. I nervously got up and opened the door and it was Cry. “Cry! I missed you man!” I shouted while hugging him. He giggled “I missed you too friend” he said while hugging me back. As we walked in I closed the door and we sat on the couch.

            “I made spaghetti!” I shouted with excitement. He instantly jumped off of the couch and ran into my kitchen. “YAY! SPAGHETTI! I WANT SOME GIVE ME SOME!” Cry jumped up and down acting like a little kid. “Not until you eat your vegetables young man!” I teased him acting like a parent. He frowned “Aw dang it!” he whined. Just then we both looked up at eachother and started cracking up.

            About five minutes later we finally stopped laughing and played some videogames while eating our spaghetti. We we’re having blast! It’s been about six hours since cry got here, but it didn’t seem that long at all. We were now sitting super close to eachother on the couch watching a horror movie called The Ring. Cry wasn’t good at watching horror movies so I told him that I would stay close to him and he seemed to like the idea.

            From all of a sudden there was a loud noise of thunder and a struck of lightning that was super close to my window which made Cry jump. He quickly grabbed my hand and squeezed it. “Cry, are you okay?” I asked worriedly . “Uh-Oh um… yeah I’m ok” he said without looking at me. A moment later it began to rain and with that another loud noise of thunder appeared. Cry squeezed my hand harder and his body had tensed up. I looked out the window and saw that the weather was getting worse and worse each second. Then suddenly BOOM! A roaring thunder and lightning appeared again and the whole power went down.

            As we were sitting there in the dark I heard cry sobbing . “Oh my gosh cry what’s wrong?” I asked with concern. “P-P-Pewds I-I’m scared!” he managed to say through his sobs. I got closer to him and pulled his body into my chest and held him tightly. I could feel my shirt getting soaked by his tears but I didn’t care. “Shhh, It’s okay Cry, I’m here right here and I promise I won’t let anything bad  happen to you” I whispered to him trying to calm him down. He looked up at me and I wiped away his tears that were below his mask. “You really mean it?” He asked while choking on his sobs. I smiled at him “Of course I do Cry! Don’t ever think that I would ever leave you!” I exclaimed. He laid his head back into my chest and hugged my tightly. “You mean the world to me Pewds” he whispered to me. I blushed and hugged him back.

            I held him tight until the storm finally passed. We were laying down now and I noticed that Cry had fell asleep with his arms around my waist and his head on my chest. I Blushed at how cute he was, but I couldn’t get up so I just laid there and fell asleep myself. That was the night I realized my feelings for Cry.
