Dead End Part 1

I finally got off punishment in time for Amber's party. She was turning 17 and wanted something big.It was gonna be at this super pretty venue Todd's dad owned. We were to wear all white and I had on my bell sleeve short white dress and white platform wedges. I didn't tell Greg about it because I didn't him and Miles there together.  I was applying my makeup, when my mom called me downstairs. She said I had company waiting on me. I ran downstairs to see it was Greg. He was wearing a white button up cuffed at the sleeves with some white pants and white dock pants. When I saw him, my heart nearly sunk into my stomach. 

"Hey, baby. Your friend Amber told me about her birthday party I thought I'd attend."

"You don't have to come its gonna be super lame."

"Why not, hun? I want to support Amber!"

I tried coming up with an elaborate lie to tell him why he shouldn't come. I can't come up with a lie so I just tell him to come along with us. Then I just said fuck it and told him to come.

"Tag along I don't care."

"Baby can I ask you a question?"

"Sure."

"You act like you don't wanna be seen with me. Like were not boyfriend and girlfriend."

"Baby, I told you I don't want us to be public like that. I love you though."

"I love you too. Can we at least hold hands walking to the party together."

"Why not?"

The only thing going on inside my head right now is "Oh my god." I can't believe I told him to tag along. Miles is coming to the party too and I don't know how this is gonna go down. I had to find a way to talk to them both without getting caught. I went back upstairs to put on my heels and makeup. On my way out the door, my mom stopped me and Greg for a picture. 

"Don't you two look adorable! So classy and elegant looking! Now, Greg and Christina you guys be back no later than midnight." 

"Ok, mom. See you tonight."

"Ok, have a good time."

Greg drove us their in his car. We pulled to a red light. Greg looked over at me smiling, I looked at him back smiling. I kissed his cheek leaving a red lipstick kiss mark. He then turned red like he did before. he bit his lip and did this sort of in love giggle. I feel kind of sorry that I'm doing this to him. He's such a sweet guy and besides, he was my first love. But, I'm seeing him and Miles and I feel like, this is fun but it's not fair to Greg. 

We pull up to the party. Drake is playing inside the venue and I can hear it from outside. Me and Greg held hands walking inside. It was pretty packed. Everyone was wearing white and there was security to check us off at the front. 

"Christina..... yeah you are on the list. But Greg isn't on the list."

"What? But Amber invited me."

"Then call Amber over here so we can make sure there isn't any misunderstanding."

I called Amber on my phone and she ran over. She had on a short white dress and had her white heels in her hand. She had on her birthday tiara and a face of good makeup. 

"Greg oh yeah he's not on the list but I invited him let him in. My mistake."

So, me and Greg walked in together. Holding hands and all. Then Miles saw me and even though he was on crutches, he was still looking pretty hot. He came over to us and I dropped Greg's hand. Miles gave me a hug and was about to call me "baby" when I covered his mouth with my hand.
