I walked over to the pavilion and laid down on a bench that was in the corner. All my energy was sapped. Both physically and emotionally. I used my backpack as a pillow and fell asleep.

“Josh?” My Dad's voice said. I opened my eyes. My Dad was standing above me, he was dressed in the same clothes as me, wearing the same back-pack, holding a different gun though. 'I can't believe nobody had noticed my gun when I ran through the city.' I thought. “W-what're you doing here?” He asked me. “Dad? I-I, Grandpa...h-he...He want's me to kill you.” I stammered. “You're my objective? Wait, Josh, are you in the challenge too?”

“Yes. You are?”

“Yes, there are eight others, Josh, one of us has to...to...leave.”

“Leave? Dad, what do you mean?”

“Josh! One of us has to die! If we try to save ourselves both of us will die! We can't both make it out here.”

“Dad? What are you saying?”

“I'm saying you have a better chance at winning. You can win this thing Josh. I know you can. Save the family. I know you can. Good luck and Goodbye Josh.” I was speechless. I tried to talk, but nothing came out. “D-n-no-y.” I stuttered. I tried holding back my tears. It didn't work. They poured down my face. My Dad gave me a long, tight hug. “I love you Josh.” He whispered. Then he pulled away. “DAD NO!” I shouted as he lifted his gun to his head. But it was too late. A gunshot echoed throughout the park. My Dad was Gone.
