Claire relaxed in the bathtub trying her best not to fall asleep. She was a bit surprised to see Leon had bubble bath supplies, but she didn't object to a nice bubble bath. She did, however, object to falling asleep in the bath.

Claire sat up and stretched then stood up. She wrapped herself in a towel then pulled the plug holding the towel up. She tucked the towel in and then grabbed another drying her wet hair with it. She looked at herself in the mirror and sighed. "He's still not home." It had been a week for a two day trip.

She was about to reach for the doorknob when the door opened on its own. Claire blinked then jumped back slipping and falling on her ass.

"Leon!" She yelled glaring up at him. "You could knock!"

"I thought you were sleeping... there was a..." He trailed off staring at her.

"What are you staring at?!" She questioned.

He raised an eyebrow, "Towel came undone." He smirked.

Claire blushed and quickly wrapped the towel back around her chest. "You pervert!" She yelled getting up quickly.

"Wasn't a bad sight." He mumbled turning around.

"Shut-up!" She shoved him out the door and closed it behind him. She then leaned against it and slid down burying her face in her hands. "Embarrassing."

After about a minute of just sitting on the ground, there was a knock on the door. "Claire?"

"Yes, Leon?" She said standing up. She opened the door and looked at him.

"Here." He handed her her bag full of clothes. She took it from him.

"Thank you." She smiled a little and closed the door again getting dressed quickly.

Leon sighed as he sat on his bed. He looked around and smiled as his dog ran in to him. She licked his hand and he petted her head. "Were you a good girl?" He asked smiling.

She just wagged her tail and Leon smiled. "I'll take that as a yes."

He looked up at the bathroom door. "Maybe I should tell her..." He bit his lip and buried his face in his hands. "But then again she may not feel the same." He mumbled.

Damn feelings, he thought.

"Leon?" Claire said. She was standing in his doorway smiling a little.

"Yeah, Claire?" He asked looking over at her.

"I'm going to get going, if that is alright with you." She smiled.

"Oh, alright!" He got up and smiled. "Thank you again." He walked towards her and hugged her.

"Yeah... no problem." She backed away from the hug. "Um, before I go, are you sure you're alright?"

"Yeah." He looked into her eyes. "Just a few scratches and bumps. I've had worse." He chuckled nervously.

"Alright," Claire shook her head nodding and showing Leon she was alright with what he had told her, "I'll get going then. Good-bye, and don't be a stranger!" She smiled and walked away.

Leon watched her walk away and out of his sight. He heard the front door open then close a few minutes later. "Damn it."

Lost your chance, rookie.
