You wake up, yet you don't want to get out of bed. You feel terrible, don't we all when we wake up.
Tip: have and inspiration board or even just a quote in your bedroom. This will help you get up. Set an alarm away from your bed and set it to the loudest it can go. This way you have to jump out of bed and run to turn it off so that you don't wake anyone else up. Now you are out of bed and have the adrenaline rushing through your body and you don't need to go back to sleep.
