Tip 1: motivation/inspiration boards can help you.Tip 2: set goals that you want to achieve in a certain time frame. This will help you to keep going as you want to adhesive these.
Tip 3: get some friends and do it together. When you are down or not feeling like being healthy or working out anymore, your friends can help motivate you, and you can all help motivate each other. If you live near each other you can also work out together. Making it more fun as you can chat together while you run, walk, dance, whatever.
