"WAKE UP KAITLYNN AND CODY!" Tommy yelled. I jumped up and yelled, "I'm awake!" I got up and stretched while Tommy jumped on Cody. Ali started making breakfast and I Busted out laughing. "What are you laughing at?" Ali asked. "You're cooking," I said. Her face went blank and Cody started laughing. "Good one bae," he said.

I took out my phone and checked the time. It was 10: 37! I ran to my luggage and got clothes out. Cody stood next to me and asked, "uh why the hurry?" "I promised a fan who doing have tickets that I would meet her here at 11," I said while running to the bathroom. I threw my shorts on with a black work out tank that said 'take me away.' I quickly threw some make up on and opened the door. It was 10:55 and Cody was sitting by the bus door taping his foot. "You took forever," he said opening the door. I walked down the steps saying. "This takes a while to pull off."

He grabbed my hand as we walked around the venue. I mean hey safety first in a parking lot.. Ya feel me? No? Ok....

Well anyways we made it to the front of the venue where there was a girl and her mom waiting with a few other fans. Some screamed when they saw us. "Hey girls," Cody said. I gave a wave and said hey. We took pictures with them and I noticed one girl who was in a wheel chair and looked to be about 11. I walked up to her and asked, "Cody's true angel?" And she got a huge smile and said, "thank you for replying to my dm! I love you so much! You're like my idol!" Then a tall thin woman who had bags under her eyes from missing sleep walked up to us. "Hi I'm Jess's mom. Thank you so much for replying to her. It meant the world," her mom said. I pulled out the V.I.P. passes and handed them to Jess. "Now as promised miss Jess, 2 tickets to see mister Cody Simpson and meet & greet passes," I said. She took them and started tearing up. Her mom hugged me and started crying. "Thank you so much! It means so much to her," her mom said. "It's no problem really," I answered.

In a way I felt like I wanted to get to know more about Jess. She was so tiny and adorable. So I blurted out, "so how about you guys come with me and spend the day with us. Would you like that?" Jess's face lit up and she nodded 50 million times. "Alright now we gotta be sneaky and get in without the other fans seeing so lets go quickly," I said. We got in through the gate with no one noticing and I took them by the bus. Ali walked out with Ryan and Jess's eyes got huge. "Hey who's this?" Ryan asked me. He smiled at Jess and held out his hand for her to shake. "Y-you're Ryan Beatty," Jess said, "you have so much talent! God bless you Ryan. And I'm Jess." "Thanks Jess that means a lot," Ryan said. "Can I have a picture " Jess asked. "Course you can," Ryan answered.

They were taking funny faced pictures when I pulled Jess's mom aside. "So um if you don't mind me asking, why is she in that wheelchair?" I asked. "She has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis which made her paralysed," her mom answered.

That made me think of how lucky I am to be healthy and appreciate all the little things.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Cody walking up. "Please excuse me for a moment," I told Jess's mom. I ran up to Cody and stopped him. "Cody that girl up there is one of the most amazing eleven year olds that's I've ever met," I said, "Jess is paralysed and it just makes me appreciate life so much more." He smiled and hugged me. "I wanna meet her," he said. So we walked up to her and Cody said, "hey there Jess! I'm Cody Simpson. How are you?" Cody said. Jess started crying and saying, "oh my god it's really you! And I'm good!" Cody, "so are you excited for the show tonight?" Cody asked. "Of course! You're gonna rock it," she said. "Hey Kaitlynn how about we take Jess here to Melissa and get her hair done for the gig," Ali said. Melissa is the make up/hair stylist. "Sure!" I said. So me, Al, Karen (Jess's mom), and Cody went inside the bonus bus to get Jess and her moms hair/make up done.
