"Hello Damien" A sly smile plastered along his face. Kath flipped him off and began to lunge at him but I put my arm infront of her to stop her. "Kath, this is a mans battle" Dem said while hiding behind me. Kath just glared at him. "Where are the men? why don't you grow a pair and go beat his pharmaceutical ass."  I looked at  both at them "Will you guys just shut up?" They both went silent as I directed my attention back to him. "You can't escape Damien. I don't see how you managed to fool my guards. But you won't  fool me. You belong here along  with the other freaks"  His expression never changed as I stepped closer to him taking deep breathes. "Haven't you learned by now Uncle? You can't cage a monster. Nor can you kill hate" He started stepping back as a bunch of guards  came up from behind him aiming their guns at  us. "Is that what you think Damien? I can say just one word and that'll be the end of you all.  Pity.. Your friend Grace didn't seem to mind our company"

"Grace? What did you do to Grace?!"  Kath and Dem held me back. "Dam, Calm down! Kath stop elbowing me and hold onto him for fucks sakes!"  Garrett let out a taunting laugh. "i just let out her inner monster.. Now she's on my side"  My eyes widened. "You're lying! She'd never join you!" "Oh? But she has! Just look, Damien" He stepped aside as Grace walked past him smiling. "Grace?.. Grace! I don't know what he has told you but it's a bunch of lies!"  She shook her head. "Damien.. You don't understand. He can save ave us all..He can help us Damien! All of us!"   She walked up to me trying to grab ahold of my hand. I had enough of this. without thinking I slapped her across her face. She held her cheek and I stared down at her. "Have  you forgotten our dream,Grace?" I started walking toward Garrett dragging Kath and Dem behind me as they tried to stop me.  Grace yelled behind me "You don't understand Damien! You just don't understand! I ignored her.

Shock ran across Garrett's face. He just stood there seeing how close I could get before telling his guards to shoot. I was a not far away before he gave the signal.

Then it was over. At least..That's what I thought.
