Chandler's POV!
It is around three in the morning. Annabella is sound asleep and so is my parents. I have nothing to do. I can't turn on the T.V for watching or playing a game and I can't turn any lights on. I am so bored of looking at the stupid wall.
I got up and slowly opened my window. I climbed out of it grabbing onto the ladder I keep by it. My parents hate getting woken up so me and my dad made this for when I need to get out of the house. I climbed up and walked on the roof until I got to the edge.
I looked up at the stars and started to hum a little song. It's called, "If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away" by Justin Moore. It's one of the best songs ever and it really inspires me.
I heard a noise and I walked over to the ladder. She was pulling herself up the rope I normally slide down to get back to my room. It's hanging on one of the tree limbs.
I grabbed her hand and helped pull her up. I helped her walk over to the edge and she sat down. I sat with her.
"Dang girl. You have some strong arms."
She laughed and she looked at me then looked up. She laid down and I looked back at her.
"It looks prettier like this. It makes me feel like I'm looking at her."
"I'm sorry. I know you where really close to your grandmother."
"It's ok Chandler. I know you where really close to your grandfather."
I laid down by her. She started to shake I laughed.
"Are you cold?"
"A little bit. Basketball shorts and a shirt isn't the warmest cloths ever."
I opened my arm and she snuggled into my side. I smiled to myself looking up at the stars. She sniffled.
"I can tell that you are really cold. We should probably head inside anyway."
I helped her over to the rope. I slid down and jumped in. I helped her in and the lights came on.
My parents where smiling sitting on the edge of my bed. I cleared my throat.
"Hello. It's like four in the morning now. Why are you guys not asleep?"
"We could ask you two the same thing. You leave for school in about three hours."
"We couldn't sleep and we got bored so we just yeah." She said stuttering.
My parents laughed. This is the worst moment in my life.
I'm so embarrassed. God please get me out of here.
Annabella's POV!
Lindsey and Steven left and chandler looked at me. He smiled and started to laugh.
"What?" I asked.
"You are terrible with explaining things including to my parents."
"Sorry I wasn't expecting them to be right there. How are you not embarrassed."
"Trust me having having Lindsey and Steven Michealson as parents make me embarrassed almost ever moment I am out in public with them. I'm just so use to it by now and trust me lovely this week you better get use to it too."
I looked at him and smiled. He laid back down and opened his phone. I grabbed my crutches and walked to the chair. I sat down and grabbed the phone out of his hands.
"What are you doing?"
"What? Have you never heard guys keep all the secrets on his phone just on different pages. A phone is the teenage boys most organized place and I want to see what all I am putting up with for the seven days i am around with you. Wouldn't want to get my heart broken would I?"
"How do you know so much about guys and your still single?"
"Well a senior spending all of his time with a girl three almost four years younger. You might be eighteen, but just because I am sixteen doesn't mean I am going to fall for any of your playboy traps."
"Very very wise Annabella Walker, but just because your last name is Walker doesn't mean your Brian O' Conner's child in some Fast Five movie. They maybe your favorite and he maybe your favorite actor, but trust me babe i keep everything up here." he said smiling at me while pointing to his head.
"Well just making sure. See not all boys are smart like you. As my dad says about your friend Luke, not every boys elavatore goes all the way up."
"Mine does. You know everything you need to and if you need to know anything else just ask or if i feel the need to tel you including at a point in time then I will. You should probably get back to sleep. First day back to school tomorrow and we don't want you to be tired."
I huffed and laid down. He shut off the light. This is going to be very fun.
