NOTE: Some of my ideas inspiration originated from Warrior_of_Snow's awesome story, The girl with fire color hair (Wizardess Heart) Go check it out!!!
Welcome, to the world of Martue, a world of magic. Where the five elements, light, water, air, fire and earth are used to a greater advantage. Every human in Martue is blessed with an amazing ability, to bend one of these elements.
This is great and all, but you can imagine having such different abilities can tear people apart. And that is exactly what it did. Walls formed between them, and rulers formed kingdoms corresponding to every individual power.
General Blaze rules the Ignis, the kingdom of fire. They say Ignis has no less than perfect order. They are the strongest fleet and the hardest to conquer in war. The students work for perfection and to come out on top. They say Mertle is a bunch of cowards (Paragraph below). They are known for producing high amounts of tin, silver, metal and copper. Their mine and blacksmith work is the highest exceeding job.
Mertle, is ruled by the fair ruler Emperor Ertice, and there they have the ability to control water. Ertice rules with kindness and justice for all people. He believes war is no way to go, and thinks that Ignis is a cruel government. The students are taught not only with high grades, but lessons of peace. Mertle produces well in fish, water supply and irrigation to their plants, with their many farmers and rain.
Next is Aeria, the air-benders, who are rules by King Jay. King Jay is a man who always tries to keep things working quickly and swiftly, and as he is their ruler, his kingdom works just like that. His students tend to exceed quickly, but they say they go easy on them. In battle they are hard to catch and attack fast. They have large amounts of people working in the farms, for their land is far from being as fertile as Liro (Paragraph below). And undoubtedly they posses and manufacture a ton of wheat.
Then you have Liro, the earth-benders. Liro's ruler is Empress Forest, who is not only beautiful and sweet, but strict in her law. Her kingdom is the most beautiful, with the forests, and gardens and green grass growing everywhere. This makes the kingdom also have many animals roaming the area, and their stock of meat and cattle is far from stable. The vegetation is plentiful, as well as their people's good natured personality. Their students are taught also with peace-making lessons and to be keen in battle.
Finally, the kingdom of Rimula is lead by Queen Luna, and they bend light and darkness. Her kingdom is mysterious, and rumor has it dark rebellions were made in Rimula. Nobody knows what they are ever up to. Many of the students are introverted, and sink back in the shadows, or are bright and attention-based. They are very wise, and always predict the weather correctly. The irrigation there, as well as Mertle, is also very nice, and they have a surprising amount of birds, including chicken and duck, living there. They are not one to trust anyone, but will help anyone in need of it.
One thing is the same about these four though. Each and every student works to achieve a new rank in school, until they are fit to earn their charm, unlocking their full ability. When they do, they move on to University. The first rank is Trainee, then Bender, then finally Sorcerer.
The leaders were all sent visions of a mysterious evil planning destruction on their kingdom and they must unite before the next eclipse, when the darkness would break free.
Five students, living in each kingdom, were sent a vision also, that they would be needed to stop this dark force.
So after much conference, planning, and construction the kingdoms are soon to be brought together, but how will they, after years of separation and hostility? Will it be possible?
