Tecoro POV

I began my journey through the school, map in hand, and head down. I stared longingly at where would be the most popular spot to meet new people, and where I might find the type of person I was looking for.

The main library was in the next hallway, and I presumed I could find someone there. Someone that would finish the first step of my quest.

I tread on, interestingly staring at the nooks and crannies that this map had to provide, until I abruptly hit something. Or someone.

The map flew out of my hand and my bag dropped to the floor. I rubbed my head and looked up to see a girl who had fallen onto her knees. Her strait blue hair covered her face, and she was wearing a soft blue skirt and white top. She had multiple books scattered on the floor.

"I'm so sorry...." she whispered in despair, grabbing my map which had landed by her and reaching out her arm out to hand it to me.

I stood, took the map, then grabbed her soft slender hand and helped her up. Her tiny fingers were clutched around mine, and as she rose, I finally saw the most beautiful pair of sparkling blue eyes I had ever seen. They were filled with lingering surprise and sorriness.

"I'm terribly sorry..." she said quietly but desperately. She reached for a book.

"It's no problem, really." I replied as I bent down to hand her her book.

As we both tried to grab the book, our hands collided. She immediately retreated and tried grabbing another.

When we gathered all of them together I turned to the short blue haired girl and asked politely "May I get your name?"

"R-Raina....Raina Snow." she stuttered.

I responded confidently "Cool, my name's Tecoro Gorge."

She smiled sweetly and clutched her books tighter, a flash of red on her cheeks. I smirked. "See ya around, Raina Snow."

She waved, saying quietly "Goodbye, Tecoro."

We departed, as I returned on my path to the library. My mood was bright and I couldn't really walk. I didn't know exactly what was wrong with me. My feeling for her already was fuzzy.

This time I decided to look strait ahead, but I did look back a few times to catch a last glance of Raina. Maybe going to the library was useless at this point.

The first step to my quest had just begun.

Sorry it's so short! I don't want to give out a lot of what Tecoro is doing! But thank you for reading!
