Chapter 16

Louis pov

All of my mates and I were upset. How could this happen? How could Maddie take a bullet for Niall? It's because she loves us. I felt bad for Niall. He wouldn't talk, eat, or look at anyone, he wouldn't even sleep. Right now Harry and Caroline were talking to him. He had his face in his hands. I couldn't make him happy at all !!!! The rest of us were sitting down just thinking about nothing. I looked up from my phone and saw Maddie with her eyes opened. "MADDIE" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Niall was beside her right away. We all ran to her. "How do you feel" Harry asked. "Who are you people" Maddie screamed. Our faces fell as she began laughing but quickly stopped, clutching her side. "I could never forget you" she said. Everyone smiled. "We missed you" I said.

Niall's pov

"Maddie" Lou screamed. I was beside her right away. "How do you feel Harry asked. "Who are you people she screamed. I felt like a steamroller ran over me. Maddie began laughing but quickly stopped, clutching her side. "I could never forget you" she said. Everyone smiled. "We missed you" Lou said. "Are they gone" Maddie asked. I held her hand. "Who, love" I asked. "The werewolves" she said shivering. Our faces turned pale. Ed cleared his throat. "Well, Niall, the girls, and some wolves killed most of them" he said. " 4 ran away" I said quietly. "They'll be back" Harry whispered. Maddie looked scared. She gulped and squeezed my hand. "I won't let them hurt you" I whispered in her ear. Lou cleared his throat. " we'll leave you alone" Hollie said thwacking Lou's forehead. Maddie giggled. I pulled my chair close to her and sat down. "So, how do you feel" I asked taking her hand again. Maddie yawned. "We'll I'm tired, and my stomach and shoulder hurt a little" Maddie said. "Do you want to rest" I asked her. "Niall I had a dream, it was about if I died. Look, I know you haven't slept at all and the dream made me wake up. Everyone was crying and you, you were dying slowly, from not moving on" Maddie said as a tear fell down her cheek. I wiped it away. "Don't cry, princesses don't cry" he said. I smiled. "Now go to sleep" she said. I put my head on her lap. She stroked my hair and quietly sang a song. "I love you" I said as I fell asleep.

Maddison's pov

My little leprechaun was finally asleep. He snored quietly. There was a knock at the door. "Come in" I squeaked. All my friends walked in. "Hi" Liam said. They sat down and stared at Niall. "You made the powerful leprechaun fall asleep" Lou said. I tried to laugh again. "Hey I need to tell you something" I told them all. I began my dream and told them everything. "We're having children in a few years" Lou screamed. I smiled. After a few kisses from Zayn, Hollie, Caroline, and Lou, there was a knock at the door. A man walked in. "Good you're awake" he said. "I'm your doctor" he added. "When can I leave" I asked. "In a few hours" the doctor responded. I smiled. "Wait, how long was I here" I asked. " 3 days" Harry said quietly. Yup I was ready to leave.

*a few hours later*

I walked into my house feeling great. I sat on a couch and felt weird. I picked up my shirt a little. My waist was bandaged. Niall picked me up bridal style and opened the door that led into my room, I froze. I saw eyes, grey eyes stare at me.
