Author's Note: Before this chapter begins, I have two things to say.

First: I am so sorry about not uploading lately. This chapter was suppose to be out on New Years Eve or News Years Day, but...I couldn't. I'm so sorry.

Tonight was Alfred's New Years Eve party and let me tell you...it was crazy! People were getting drunk and partying like lunatics. I was currently sitting with Canada in the corner of the party room. We were laughing and talking and just...enjoying each other's company.

"Man, people are acting crazy, aren't they?" I asked.

Mattie nodded and replied, "Yeah, I know." He then grinned at me and kissed my cheek. I felt myself blush. Man...it's only been a few days since we started dating and I still get flustered over silly things like this.

"Aw maple, you look so cute when you blush," he cooed. I blushed more. Also, we we started dating I noticed something. He calls me maple and maple leaf a lot more and he gives me lots of more compliments. It's actually quite nice.

"H-Hey, you are so much cuter than me!" I exclaimed. Canada chuckled and blushed lightly as he shook his head. He wrapped his arms around me and cuddled up to me.

"No, you are," he whispered. I smiled and leaned into him.

"I still you are more cute, but I'll let you win this round, for now," I explained. He laughed and kissed my forehead.

Suddenly, I heard Ashton yell, "HAVE YOU GUYS HAVE YOUR FIRST KISS TOGETHER YET?!" I flinched from the outburst and Mattie rubbed my back. I blushed a bright red.

"No we have not!" I yelled back. France walked over with Ashton.

"Ohonhonhon~" he laughed, "Why not, mon chèri? My little Matthew was taught from the best." Canada blushed.

"Papa...don't say things like that," he uttered. I hid my face in my hands. France! Why?!

"I have an idea!" Ashton exclaimed as she dragged France away. I looked up and saw they were gone. I sighed.

"Sorry..." I muttered. Canada shook his head as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"It's alright maple, you didn't do anything wrong," he replied. I smiled softly as I enjoyed every second of what was happening right now. Then the moment was ruined by a The Bad Touch Trio surrounding us.

"Hey amigos!~" Spain chirped to France and Prussia, "Seems like these two lovebirds haven't had their first kiss yet!"

Oh no....

I felt myself blush as they continued to talk. "That is true, kessesse~" Prussia laughed, "How shall we get these two to kiss?"

France smiled and uttered, "Ohonhonhon, that's easy. We just have to create...the mood. Percussion..."

Suddenly, I started to hear a familiar tune.

"Strings," Prussia smirked.

"Winds," Spain added.

"Words!" They all exclaimed.

That's when it hit me. THEY WERE GOING TO SING THE SONG KISS THE GIRL FROM THE LITTLE MERMAID!
