"It's all your fault! You killed her!" My drunk father, Harry, was practically spitting the words in my face. My mother, Karen, got in a car accident when I was four while taking me to my friends birthday party, killing her and leaving me with minor injuries. Harry blames me for her death. He makes my life a living hell. "It's not my fucking fault!" I spit back, tears rushing down my face. "Shut up, Fayth! Shut up, you worthless whore!" He screamed back. The smell of his breath killed my nostrils. I decided I had enough of his stupid, drunk mouth and ran to my room to get away. I fell asleep to the sound of my own sobbing , hoping to never wake up again.
