Chapter 7 // Hello Again

One month later

I'm a little over two months pregnant now. And I'm happy. I haven't heard or seen much of James, except that he apologized to Luke and I. And Lucy and I are really close. She's helping me through my pregnancy since I only had James there for me the first time.

My life has probably never been better. I have six and a half more months until I'm a mother of two kids. And this scares me because in a few months I'll be nineteen.

There is a huge bump now, I look like I'm four month pregnant. I showed Chase and he giggled. He's very excited to have a baby brother or sister. "So Chase, do you want a baby brother or sister?" Luke asked
"Buder" Chase clapped
"What if it's a baby sister?" I ask
"Okay" he giggles "I wuv you mama and dada" he smiles. He's really smart for a one year old.

Luke wants another boy. I want a girl, but it really doesn't matter.

I take a glass of orange juice and bring it up to my room to read a book. I open the door and I almost drop the glass. Sitting on my bed is my mother. I don't know how she found me "hello Delilah" she smiles. Her eyes shift from my face, to my neck, and then to my stomach. Judgement in her eyes
"Hello mother" I say sounding uninterested
"So you're knocked up. And you have a mate. Surprise surprise" she says evilly "and may I add for the second time"
"I don't know what you're talking about" I scoff
"Sure you do. James told me everything. I never raised my daughter to act like a whore" she keeps talking
"Well maybe if you weren't such a whore I wouldn't be. Plus you didn't raise me right" I yell while crying. I hear Luke's steps behind me
"What's going on?" He asks concerned
"She was just leaving" I glare. My mother walks past me glaring back.

"Who was that?" Luke asks
"My mom" I said like it was venom
"Why are you so upset?" He's really concerned
"She called me a whore" I start crying
"Shhhh it's okay honey. I don't think you're a whore. You're my mate and our kids are mine by blood" he calms me.

This pregnancy so far is nothing like Chase's so it might be a girl. Although it could be because I have mate now and everything. But I don't know. It's calming. Luke's brown hair, dark brown eyes, jaw line, it just soothes me.

I just hope that my mom doesn't ever come back. And I hope I never see James again. He'd be unlucky if he runs into Luke. Since I told Luke that James was the one who told all of the information to my mom.

I was surprised that Casey wasn't the one who gave her the information. If James actually wanted a chance he shouldn't have done that. He says he loves me but then does that. Is he that angry? I don't know but whatever, thinking about this gives me a headache.

I know it's short but it's just a filler since I'm tired and have a basketball game tomorrow. On the bright side I'm the highest scoring player so I'm happy about that!!
