Chapter 5 Bora Bora

Bliss's P.O.V
I was already dressed and ready to leave, I sat outside playing with the neighbors cat. We were waiting for Brian, he was taking forever to get ready and he finally burst through the front door.
'Come on! Let's go.' He shouted jumping into the front seat of mum's jeep.
All this time and now he was screaming at us to hurry!
We had a long drive to the airport and when we arrived Kylie, Maddie, Wren and Derek had already arrived. I hugged Maddie and Kylie and removed my bag from the car,
'Bye mom! See you in a week.' I shouted as she was leaving.
'We can check in if you want?!' Brian said.
'No let's wait for everyone' Derek replied.
So we sat outside the airport waiting for the others to arrive. All of us were taking a private jet to Bora Bora, thanks to Kylie's brother Jamie. Everyone was present by 10:30 and we checked in. That included Stephen and Nathan, Kylie agreed to squeeze them in so we could all arrive at the same time.
The flight was long, Derek and Maddie fell asleep through out and so did Jayde and Brian. Lexie and Nathan sat in the front cuddling. Wren and Aidan were playing video games. I sat on the back seat near the window listening to music on my ipod and watched as everything turned into specs. Stephen sat beside me, he also lost in whatever music he was listening to. Of all the places he could sit, he decide to sit next to me, without a word since we boarded the plane. My eyes were heavy and I drifted off to sleep, unconsciously my head fell on his shoulders and I immediately woke up. He gave me a smile, and unplugged his earbuds,
'Sleepy Desai?! Did you get any sleep last night?' He asked looking concerned.
I shook my head, I felt as if my head was heavy and I couldn't quiet open my eyes.
'Rest!' He commanded and I placed my head on his chest, he put his arms around me an I quickly dozeded off.
I woke up hours later, his head rested on top of mine while he softly snored. I stayed still for a while longer, my earplugs were no longer in my ear, I felt his warmth on my body and I could hear his heart beat. I wondered how it would have been like, to be his, how different it would be if he would just let me in.

Stephen's P.O.V
I was outside, in the car waiting for Nathan. I asked to hurry a million times, and now he was getting on my nerves. I needed to see her, her smile would brighten my day, didn't he understand.
'Let's go!' Nathan said finally after taking hours to get ready.
We sped our way to the airport and thanks to my brother we were the last ones to arrive.
When I saw her today, she looked perfect! I knew she wouldn't speak to me, so I kept quiet. I pulged in my head phones before we got on the plane, our seats were not assigned so we could seat wherever, so to annoy her I sat in the seat next to hers. She didn't flinch or look away from the window. She was mad at me, I was just trying to make her jealous last night when I kissed that girl. She had Danny and Charles in her palms so it was only fair if I did it too.
I know, I'm a jerk...so what?!
She knew two could play that game! I sat beside her listening to my own music while she blindly stared out of the window. I kept glancing at her, and she was dozing off. She gave up and finally fell asleep on my chest, I put my arm around her, her hair had the most heavenly scent. She was tierd, I could tell from when I saw her checking in. Her shades were covering her eyes n she felt annoyed by everything. She snored quietly, I sat thinking of how everything would be perfect if she was mine. Spending every second by her side, I could only imagine. I dozed of minutes after and rested my head softly onto hers.
I fell into a deep sleep n when I woke up, my head was on her shoulder.
'Hi sleeping beauty!' She said sweetly.
'Hey,!' I answered sleepily.
'We're landing soon, buckle up!' She said. I checked the time and it was almost 8pm, the rest of the gang were excited that we were about to land, I however, was not to cool about it. I have a fear of flying, basically this huge metalic bird is a fucking death trap. Only my mom knows about it, but Bliss was about to find out.
The plane suddenly took a speed and started descending. I grabbed Bliss's hand and squeezed it with all my might, she screamed but didn't pull away. She watched me then gave me a tight squeeze back as if assuring me that she was here with me to the end. I closed my eyes and in a matter of second I heard Brian scream,
'TOUCHDOWN!', the whole plane cracked up with laughter. The plane stopped and the seatbelts signs turned off. I was still holding her hand tightly and she didn't mind, how I longed for this to be real.
Since we flew in privately, the procedures were fast, we got our luggages and made our way out the airport! I could smell the ocean even thought night had fallen, I imagined myself sitting by the beach waiting for the sunrise and Bliss by my side.
Outside we found Bliss's cousin Siena Jordan holding up a huge card board with the letters 'DESAI' written boldly on it and in smaller letters at the bottom was 'and others. She was rather perky n energetic she ran towards us n plunged onto Bliss for a long hug. She was the same age as Nathan, shorter than Bliss and had blue at the end of her hair. She was just like her cousin but a little bit more girly!
We had 5 Range rovers waiting for us. One was mine n Nathans, one for Derek, one for Brian, one was for Jayde and the last was for Bliss. We had already discussed our stay, Nathan and I were staying at our place with our mom, next to us was Bliss's place she offered Kylie and Lexie a place to stay but Lexie was gonna be staying with us. So it was Bliss, Kylie, Siena. Jayde and Brian shared a smaller house next to where Bliss was staying. It belonged to Jayde's dad. Derek had Madison, Aidan and Wren. Everyone hopped into the cars and we drove off to the villas, luckily it wasn't far from the airport.
Everything seemed fine, although everyone was jet lagged after a long flight. We all settled in after we arrived, I rushed inside after parking the car just to see my mom. I found her sitting on the couch, reading. I rushed to her and hugged her tightly,
'Stephen!' She said looking happy to see me.
'How was the flight?!' She asked
'Long! And terrifying.' I said and took a sit by her side.
Nathan came in and hugged her,
'How are you feeling?' He asked her
'Better, now that you boys are here!' She said looking very happy. There was a sudden knock on the door. It was Bliss!
'Aunty Joe!' She shouted as she ran to my moms side. She hugged her, for a while.
'Bliss, you look more beautiful each year! Where's your mom?!' She replied.
'She'll be down soon.' Bliss answered
'Come, I'll make us something to eat!' My mom said leafing the way to the kitchen.
'No mom, we can just oder from Eddie's!' Nathan said as he dailed the number and order the food.
We sat for an hour or so talking and catching up.
'I'm sorry, but I have to get some rest. Shall we continue tomorrow?!' My mom said looking tierd.
'Definetly.' Bliss replied and kissed my mom before leaving.
I helped my mom to her room and tucked her in.
'Night mom!' I said and kissed her forehead. I headed to my room to start unpacking, tomorrow was going to be a long day.
