Cool winter rejuvenation
My window no longer squeaks
Pit pat pit pat pit pat
Raindrops on the window
Comfort me in the early hours
January morning
Rain falling from the sky
Washing away yesterdays
I find beauty in the rainfall
And calm in the gray clouds
Soothed by a storm
Rejuvenated by natures kiss
The gentle rainfall
