* Wednesday After school 3:20*
"Ugh why won't Alex respond to any of my texts! It's so annoying I need to know when they are going to search."
"Elena what are you talking about?"
Oh shoot my brother heard me I guess I should've known when I'm yelling things when other people are near me they can hear me.
"Um nothing don't worry about I just have to go somewhere. Tell Jessica I will be home in a couple of hours."
"Ok well see ya later then I guess."
I walk up to Alex's house and ring the doorbell (constantly about 100 times) and there's no answer then I notice a note at the bottom of the door with my name on it.
The note reads: Hey Elena I know you are going to be crazy mad but me and Bryce already left for the search party. We are not bringing you because we don't want to take the chances of something bad happening to you. Please do not go on your own little search party. Be safe and don't be killed~Alex
Seriously?! He expects me to sit around and do nothing while waiting for them to return possibly without the vampire being found.
What if they don't find him and the vampire just keeps going around killing whoever the heck he/she wants.
Yeah, no. That is 100%, defiantly not and never going to happen.
I rip the paper into shreds and start my search party.
*6:00*
This has been a total bust, I spent like three hours looking for a vampire and ending not even finding one little clue.
Wait I hear something behind my house.
I go behind my house into to woods and see him, the vampire.
I can't see his face but I know it's a boy and I know if I make one loud sound I will be dead in 20 seconds.
"What am I going to do?"
I super duper quietly whisper to myself.
I see the vampire turn around and look me straight in the eyes.
"Well hello there dinner."
I didn't know what to do didn't know what to say but the only thing I could think of to say was,
"Please don't kill me!"
"Sorry sweetie a vampires gotta eat!"
I sprint into my house as fast as I can and by an inch make in inside without being being sucked dry by a vampire.
Well I bet Alex and Bryce are going to be so happy when I tell them this little vampire incident tomorrow.
