Chapter 10: Where?

I turn to Emily and say, "Where is Jake?"

Destiny POV

Emily shrugged her shoulders and said, " I have no clue. How would I know." Jake needs to be alright. I hope he is okay. He better not of went to meet Austin. If he dies, I will not be able to stay alive. I love him. I thought I loved Austin, but that was nothing like this. I know for sure that I love Jake. My anger takes over me so I put my hands on her shoulders and push her into a wall. "Emily, I am going to ask you one more time. Where. Is. Jake," I scream at her. She looks scared to death but that doesn't stop me. I just need Jake here. I miss his smile, I miss his dimples, I miss his laugh, I miss his warmth against me, and most importantly I just miss him. "H-he went to g-go met someone," she studdered. "Someone as in who," I ask. She mumbles a name that I can't hear. "Say that again." "Austin." What? Where is he? "Where did he go to meet him?" "Some alley way." "What alley way?" "Jake said that it was 'the alley'. I don't know what that means." Alley? What is 'the alley'. Oh my god. It's the one Austin pulled me into that one night. I let go of Emily and slide down the wall. There are streams of tears running down my face. This can not be happening. Austin ruins everything. First he kiddnaps Hannah, and then Jake. He says he loves me but that is not real love. Real love makes sure you are happy, safe, and will do anything to make those things happen. That's what Jake did tonight, sacrificed himself for Hannah and I. I know I love him. I love him so much. Emily leans down and hugs me. I lean more into her and say, " I can't let him die. I love him, Emily! He is mine and I don't want that to ever change. I need to find him." She nods and said, "we will definitely find him. He will not die, and to be honest, he told me that he loved you. He told me to keep you safe and to not let you cut yourself again." Hannah then cut in and said, "you're cutting again? Just because of me? You shouldn't, i'm not that special. Destiny, you have so much more to live for. Coach even said it, you have a career in volleyball. Also, if you go after a singing carrer, I bet you that you can get somewhere."Thanks Hannah, but your not the only thing that happened." I explained everything about what happened with Austin too me and Jake. I don't think I can tell her about mom yet. I know I have to but, I just don't think I can say it. "Destiny, I have a question." What if she asks about mom? Well, I guess I have to tell her. I mean she does have a right to know. I nodded at her and waited for her to ask. "How's mom?" Great. Well, I have to tell her now. I take a step towards her and take a deep breath. "Destiny, tell me. I know you're hiding something from me. Where is mom? Is she okay?" I shook my head and said, "Hannah, she is gone." She shook her head saying ,"no, no, no, no. This can't be happening. You're lying, stop lying." "I'm sorry, Hannah. I'm not lying." I wrap her into my arms and she breaks down. I feel Emily wrap both of us into a hug. I immediately break down. Please god, let Jake be okay. Where are you Jake?

*Jake POV*

Where am I. I am awaken my being punched in the stomach. I scream out. I remember what happened ethier a little bit again or last night. There's no way to tell. No windows, clocks or pho-. Wait, I still feel mine in my pocket. As soon as he leaves i'm calling Destiny to make sure she is okay.

I love her. I need to tell her that to, just incase something happens to me. "Where is Hannah?" "Oh, that little slut got away after you told her to run. I hope she goes to you're girl and tells her what I did to her." "What did you do to her, Austin?" " Exactly what I wanted to do to you're precious little Destiny of yours. Except I actually accomplished it. It was amazing." "You ass!" "At least now, Destiny has a better reason to come see me. Maybe if I get her I won't hurt you, as bad." "Don't you dare touch her." "Oh, I won't hurt the slut. That much anyways." He smiled at me then laughed. He got up and kicked me three times in the rib. He laughs one more time before he walks out. Where am I?
