Chapter 9

Ava's P.O.V

"Hey Ava! Excited about going home?" Cade asks me. I sigh, "I mean as excited as you can get for going home because you're useless, than sure." I say limping to grab my bag. He shakes his head and walks over to me, he puts his hand on my shoulder, "You're not useless, we just want to make sure that you don't get hurt or even killed.....that's all". I nod and sling the bag over my shoulder. "Tell you what," he says running over to grab a pen and paper, "here's my number, so call me when you get home and want to hang, I'll bring the guys." he says smiling. I smile back and give him a hug before he waves me out.

I try to roll over but find myself stuck. I groan and open my eyes. I look around and find, Kathe and Athan laying on the bed. I laugh and stand up, walking over Kathe and jumping onto the ground silently. I stretch and walk out to the hallway. Quietly, closing the door, I walk down the hallway and into the kitchen. "Good morning Luna" someone says to me. I jump and look around. I find a lady of about 20. She's tall, blonde and looks fake like a barbie. "Hi, my name's Lin" she says with a smile. "Uh, hi Lin, I'm Ava." I say walking up and shaking her hand. "I know who you are, you're our Luna". I nod and walk around her, "Sorry but I've gotta go" I say grabbing an apple and walking out to the walk in closet. Why it's not in the room? I'll never know. I take a few bites of the apple while opening the door with the pass code. The door slides open and I walk in. I gasp and bite my apple, it's a huge room with stairs to what may be a shoe room. I throw my apple in a trash can on the ground and walk around. I pick through the clothes, shoes and jewelry and find my outfit for the day. A white Big Bang k-pop sweater, camouflage leggings, black combat boots, a whole hand wring encrusted with  blue diamonds, a dragon claw (holding an orb) ring, and small snow-globe earrings. I take the clothes and go out of the room to the bathroom. I jump in the shower and finish quickly. Throwing on my clothes I put my hair into a pony tail and pick up my old clothes. Walking back to the bedroom I drop the old clothes into a basket and take out my phone. I click on the green contacts button and search for Cade's number. I find it and click on the picture of him and me hugging. It starts dialing and I hold it up to my ear. After about 10 seconds someone picks up. "Hello?" a man's voice asks. "Hey, is this Cade?" I ask. "Yeah,  who's this?" he asks. "Wow Cade, don't even remember your favorite girl's voice?" I say with a smirk. "Ava!" he shouts and I smile. "The one and only". He laughs, "So what's up?". "Well I was wondering if you and the boy's wanted to come over?" I question. He tells me "yes" and that he and the guy's will be over at one. I agree and tell him the address, then I hang up.

At 12:56 I hear a knock on the door and loud voices. I run and open the door before I am pounced on. "Ava!" they all yell and hug me. I smile before stepping back and looking at all of them. "I missed you guys" I say. They smile "We missed you to Ava" Mason says, his dark hair in a quiff. "So where are mom and dad?" Justin asks. And suddenly my happy day turns into a pile of pain. I struggle to get the words out. My words coming out mumbled and apart, "Th-ey.......'re....................de..........ad.........." I manage to say. They all gasp and run to hug me.
