How You Meet

Eugene: You were hired onto BuzzFeed Motion Pictures after you had left your old job at a different recording studio. You were hired on as an employee rather than an intern based on your experience and schooling and on your first day, you were assigned to help record a video with a few of the experienced BuzzFeeders. You loved BuzzFeed, and so you recognized some faces. There was Andrew, Sara, Zach and.. Eugene! He was in charge of the project per usual and Ashly, who had been introducing you to people all day and helping you settle in walked you over to Eugene.

"Eugene!" She smiled. "This is Y/N, the new employee I mentioned. Y/N, this is Eugene, he's the main director for a lot of these videos. You'll be working with him for a while, and if you have any questions, I gave you my number," Ashly smiled before waving to Andrew and walking out of the big set to go back to her desk.

"Hi, Y/N, was it? Nice to meet you!" Eugene said, shaking your hand. "I heard you have a lot of experience, so I trust you with this camera, just record some side-angle shots of the models and we'll see how it goes," he beamed, a little nervous, due to the stress of the video planning. You ended up doing a good job, and Eugene was thankful.

Keith: You had gotten signed on to BuzzFeed a few days before the Lewberger Band, aka Keith and Alex, was filming the video for their 'I Wish I Could Be a Disney Princess' song. You were part of the sound crew, blasting the music through speakers so that everyone within the video could hear and lip sync along. Of course, Keith and Alex sang along anyway and you absolutely loved their voices. After filming, you walked over and introduced yourself.

"Hi, I'm Y/N, and I just wanted to say, you guys are fabulous at singing," you smiled, looking between Keith and Alex.

"Wow, thanks, that's a rare compliment," Alex laughed, sipping his water. "I'm Alex, by the way, nice to meet you. You just got hired a few days ago, right?"

"Yeah, just Tuesday," you nodded.

"I'm Keith, in case anyone cared," Keith joked sassily, laughing.

"I know who you are, you sit right down the row from me," you giggled. "But nice to formally meet you," you smiled and shook their hands.

Ned: You were sitting outside with Allison and Gaby near the basketball court and soccer field, talking about how you were liking BuzzFeed thus far after only joining a week ago. You loved it, getting to hang out and work with all those cool people you watched online constantly, especially the Try Guys and the Test Friends.

"I'm still kind of new to meeting people here, I really only know you guys, and Quinta and Andrew and Ashly, I haven't even met the Try Guys yet," you mentioned.

"I got this - NED!" Gaby called to one of the guys playing basketball on the court.

"Yo!" He called, jogging over, slightly sweaty and out of breath.

"This is Y/N, she wanted to meet you and all the other 'Guys' so I figured I'd introduce her," Gaby explained.

"Hi," you shyly waved, making Allison laugh.

"Hi," Ned mimicked in your mannerisms, before laughing and introducing himself properly. "I'm Ned, I'm totally buff and cool and my favorite color is red because it rhymes with-," He began before you both finished the sentence.

"Ned!"

You both burst into laughter. "Someone clearly watches those Try Guy videos," he smiled.

Zach:

You weren't even on BuzzFeed when you met Zach. He and Keith were walking around, asking people questions on the street. Zach was always the cameraman and this time was no different.

"So, that's why you like the villain more than the hero? Interesting choice, thanks for the feedback," Keith smiled, talking into his mic. When they cut the cameras due to the little questionnaire being over, Keith went to take a water break and talk to one of the other camera guys and Zach was reviewing the footage he had before he saw you still standing in place.

"Hey, nice weather today, isn't it?" He asked in a suave and cool manner.

"Yeah, it really is. Your name is Zach right? I watch a lot of BuzzFeed, I love your videos," you smiled.

"Hey, yeah, glad you recognize me. You watch Try Guys?" He asked.

"My favorite series," you giggled. "Can I get a picture? You're super rad," you asked.

"Yeah, definitely!" Zach beamed. "Keith too?"

"Sure, that's cool with me," you smiled, pulling up your camera app.

Once you had taken the picture, you posted it on your tumblr and twitter and saw that Zach had retweeted and sent you a nice message about the whole meetup, thanking you for being so super nice about it. You were never happier.
