Eugene: He really liked you, really, but he had no idea how to interact with anything other than a dog, or two, in his case. He decided to ask one person he knew that knew about relationships more than anyone. Ned. "Ned, hey, can I ask you something?" He asked, walking up to Ned during the work day.

"Uh, yeah, sure, what about?" Ned said, taking off his headphones and setting them down as he got up from his desk space.

Eugene motioned for him to follow him away from the desks and they walked down the hall before Eugene spoke up. "Uh, how does one go about asking someone out?" He asked, rubbing the back of his neck and trying to play it cool.

"Ooh, what someone?" Ned said, a sly smile beginning to form.

"It's for a friend, I'm asking for a friend," Eugene said quickly. Ned didn't buy it.

"It's Y/N, huh? Am I right? Ooh, you like Y/N!" Ned joked, laughing.

"Hey, hey, shh! Don't tell everyone, god," Eugene shushed, looking around warily.

"Well, Y/N's nice, just be honest and ask 'em out to dinner or a bar or something. Somewhere they'd like to go," Ned stated, wisely and importantly.

"Okay.. Thanks, Ned," Eugene smiled before walking off to find you.

He saw you working at your desk and immediately got flustered as you ran a hand through your hair subconsciously and he realized how much he liked you and how nervous he was for this.

In typical Eugene fashion, he walked over to you and put a hand on your shoulder and turned your head, taking off your headphones. "Hi, Eugene, what's up?"

He removed his hand and ran it through his own hair, afraid to make eye contact. "Uh.. I was wondering if you wanted to go out tonight, I know this really great bar," he suggested.

Your smile broke out and you nodded. "Yeah, that sounds like a lot of fun, actually, just gimme the details," you said before replacing your headphones and Eugene smiled wide and walked off.

He was super glad you said yes.

Keith: Keith had been fretting all morning secretly. He wasn't his usual, boisterous self during the Try Guys shoot, and Zach took the liberty of asking what was up.

"Keith, man, you okay? You're super lethargic today. Allergies?" Zach tried, as they took a little break for water.

"No.. It's not that.. It's Y/N," Keith sighed, taking a sip and leaning against the wall.

"What's up with Y/N? Domestic violence? A scandal?" Zach asked, now a drama-hungry vulture.

"You can't tell anyone this, because if you do.. Well, I dunno what I'll do but it won't be a good thing, but I kind of think Y/N's really cool and all, but I don't know how to ask people out, I've only been on like, two dates in my life," Keith exclaimed.

"Hey, hey, don't sweat it. Just be cool and relaxed about it. If you act weird, Y/N might think you're weird," Zach pointed out. "Just watch some ASMR or, I dunno, go get acupuncture. Just relax," he advised.

"Needles and creepy women breathing into a microphone? No thanks," he shuddered. "I'll just.. I'll just text Y/N," he said, pulling out his phone.

Keith: Hey, you wanna go out tonight?

Y/N: Sure, with the guys? Or just us?

Keith: Just us?

Y/N: Yeah, of course, just tell me what time. Oh, gtg, meeting!

"See? You had it under control," Zach assured.

"Yeah, you were no help, Zach. I can do this," Keith said, striking a pose and laughing.

(A/N: I try not to use pronouns when referring to Y/N so that people of all types feel comfortable reading this, and I don't really know BuzzFeed's target demographic, but anyways, if anyone has a specific scenario please request!)
