The wind was blowing and the sun shone perfectly in his opinion and he snapped a picture while you weren't looking. It became his background as soon as he got back to his computer.
Keith: You and him were sitting in a meeting and you happened to laugh at something that Daysha had joked about and Keith just 'happened' to take a picture of you laughing. He thought your expression was hilarious and set it as his background.
Ned: You had had a small role in a recent BuzzFeed video and Ned thought you killed it (in a good sense, obviously). The video was a modeling one, and you had worn a fabulous outfit and posed sassily at the end of the walkway. Ned screenshotted it and it became his desktop background.
Zach: You had texted Zach a cool picture of a cosplay you recently finished and tried on. It was from your favorite book/movie/show and Zach was so impressed by the accuracy, and you fit the part well. He saved the picture and made it his background on his desktop.
