Tia Pov
  August's late brother's birthday is only a day away. Unfortunately we couldn't go to Huston to see his family, because they are into it right now. A couple of weeks ago, one of August's didn't like the way he acted towards his mother's side of the family versus his dad's,so they basically had a huge Argument and his mother sided with the cousin. I hate that he has spend his brother's birthday alone. I can't  imagine how he feels, it's messed up how his mother took the cousin's side instead of her own child. I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure he is ok tomorrow, because it's not healthy for him to be sad on a day like that. As a solution, Tiana and I planned a dinner for him, so that way he can be surrounded by his friends and positivity, instead of being depressed. He has been depressed all winter break, I've tried to get him out the house as much as possible, but I guess this weighing hard on him .

He is in my room now, watching Atl, while I'm cooking him pasta.

"Augg, it's ready ! Pause the movie and come eat" I yelled to him
Many footsteps later he came down with grey sweat pants on without a shirt and slides.
His hair was twisted up, he has been growing it out. I put Bantu knots in it from time to time to make it more curly.
"Thanks babe" he thanked me
"Your welcome , eat as much as you can"
I had to literally force him to eat(when he first got depressed), but he's gotten better, much better.
"I ironed you outfit for tomorrow, it's hanging in the closet" I informed him
"I saw it, it's nice"
"Well duh, I got taste unlike you"
" whattt, stop hating" he chuckled
"I'm just being honest" I laughed along with him
It's make me happy seeing him smile at a time like this

August Pov
Today is the day a true solja' was born, my partner in crime, my heart. No matter how many times this day comes around, I'm never fully prepared for it. I miss him so much. Nothing ain't the same without my bra. He was one of the only ones who believed in me. I would do anything to get em back, I would give anything.
5:00pm I got dressed and Tia and Tiana did the same. The dinner starts at 6, so we left to the restaurant

"Aug, how you feeling " Tiana asked me
"I've been better, I'm hanging in there though" I confessed
"StAy strong, he would want you to, I love you "
"I needed that, I love you more "
" no problem bro" she rubbed my back and gave me a hugged

It would be so much better if my family was here to comfort me, but things happen. Fuck em, I'm not losing any sleep. It's sad when your own mama switch on you, but I guess that's life.
