M I A' S P . O . V
"Well Mia, It's nice to meet you." A sad smile was etched onto her face.
I could only stare back at her with sad eyes.
Anna swatted her hand in front of me." oh psh don't you dare look at me with those sad chocolate eyes.""Sorry,"I mumble.
"S'Ok" she looks distracted, I follow her gaze and notice her staring at the scene in front of us.
People are one by one getting out of their seats--a single white rose in their hands and one by one the place the rose on top of the coffin making their way towards the picture, they seem to be saying a silent prayer to Anna's photo, then gently touching it before walking away.
Quietly making sure no one hears me I begin to speak to Anna."Anna?" My voice sounds like a soft wisp of air.
"Mh?" she mumbles back.
"What happen to you?"Tears threaten to fall down my glossy eyes.
I may not know her that well.Actually, I don't know here at all, but I know she loves the people here, she was too young to die.
"I woke up dead, that's what happened!" she suddenly snapped at me.
Her sudden outburst had shocked me to the point where I just sat there with my mouth hanging open.Anna lets out a small gasp.
"Oh, my gods! Mia, I am so sorry, this is just frustrating!""What is?"I ask slightly confused.
"Not knowing what happened to me." her eyes looking to the ground.
Pondering for a moment I put my arm on her shoulder.
The contact must have startled her because she froze on contact.
Ignoring her I shock I speak up.
"Why don't you start from the beginning?"
A small glint reaches her eyes.
She takes in a deep breath before starting.
"Alright-"
But before she could finish a tap on my shoulder made me look away.
Turning to my side, I saw the man who had brought me here.
His baby blue eyes were reading my soul, Touching every inch searching for something that it was well I have no idea before I could find out he torn his gaze from mines. He grabs my hand and places a small white rose on top.
Looking up into his eyes once again I gave my thanks. His reply consisted of a single nod.He suddenly stood up and made his way to the middle a yellow rose in his hand.
Clearing his throat once, he began to speak.
"Anna was-"he cleared his throat once again." is the best sister,"
I choked on my saliva upon hearing this.
I guess it was loud since everyone has turned back and was staring in my direction. My cheeks started to heat up.
I brought my hand off and just waved it off. They seemed pleased with my answer and turned back to the man speaking. He didn't seem fazed at all because he just counted off where he left off.
"But she was also the best daughter." With that, he looked at an older couple sitting in the front two seats identical yellow roses in their hands.
"Anna was young carefree and without a doubt the kindest person I've ever known.A week ago a very important person was taken away from us.To you, she might have been a relative or a friend but to me, she was both.Anna was my little sister but she was also my best friend."His hand clutched the rose stem, I can't image the pain he would have been in if the rose still had its thorns.
