OCTAVIA
He just sat there. Waiting. Waiting for her. Everyday he would go outside of the gates and sit for hours on end. Rain or shine, snow or hail. He would just sit and wait. He didn't speak to anyone unless absolutely necessary, he didn't acknowledge other people's presence and he didn't bother to accompany others on small hunting trips.
After giving up, he would come back into the gate, grab something to eat or drink and go right back to his tent. He'd eat and then fall asleep.
And almost every night he had nightmares. He would roll around and mumble things under his breath until it got worse and he would yell and scream. I'd run into his tent and put a wet cloth on his forehead to cool him down and I would hum a lullaby to sooth him back to sleep.

It was late out and after helping Abby and the 42, Lincoln and I decided it was time to get some rest.
I was about to climb into bed beside Lincoln when I heard a loud scream coming from Bellamy's tent. Knowing why and how it happened, I grabbed the cloth from on top of my nightstand and headed towards his tent.
I rushed in seeing him sitting up in his bed panting. "Bellamy lie down."
"No, we have to help her."
I shook my head in disappointment, "Bellamy it was just a bad dream." I put the cloth on his forehead.
"No it wasn't. Mt. Weather. The radiation. Clarke." He was gasping for air as he coughed.
"Bellamy that was over three months ago. Clarke is gone. She left, don't you remember?" I gave him a concerned look.
"I remember, but I don't want to." He pouted his lip as he layed down. I couldn't help but feel compassion for my brother. Even though me and Clarke weren't on the best of terms, I knew that if she came back my brothers nightmares would stop and he would be much more happy and open. "Look.. I'm sorry that you're going through this right now, but Clarke doesn't seem to wanna come back. If she did she would have already." I patted the cloth on his cheeks and neck. He closed his eyes and turned away from me.
"Get out." He said quietly, almost non-audible.
"What?"
"I said get out!" He snapped at me. I stood up and took a step back.
"Look Bellamy, I said I was-"
"Just get out!" He yelled even louder. I cowered and left his tent. I didn't know what to do. My head was telling me to go back to my tent but my heart was telling me to go back in there and knock some sense into him.
"Bellamy, don't yell at me. Just hear me out."
He snarled and sat up, placing his hand on his face, "fine, but it better be good."
"Ok, I know that you're torn up about Clarke but you need to stop acting like this?" I gestured towards him.
"Like what? Me?" he said sarcastically.
"No I mean stop acting like Bellamy on the first day on the ground. Act like the Bellamy that went into Mt. Weather and almost sacrificed himself for others. Stop moping around and start doing some shit around here. Clarke would want you too." I made sure to mention that Clarke would want him too, because I knew that he would listen to me.
