The Other Side

A familiar face..

     The Next Day: 

                "putting my defenses up, cause i dont wanna fall in love, if i ever did that i think id have a heartattack" my alarm began singing. I opened my eyes and rolled to my side and grabbed my phone. 11:30. I rolled out and made my bed. I walked over to my dresser and grabbed my  favorite shirt that said Summer Love across it and jean short shorts and put on my grey vans. I walked into my bathroom and got dressed. I straightened my hair and put on eyeliner and mascara and put on my arizona tea snapback and walked downstairs. "Mom I running out to taco bell!" I yelled. I grabbed my blue penny board and walked out side. I placed my penny board down and skated down the street. The warm breeze of califronia blew through my hair. I looked around. Maybe it wont be so bad here. I finally got to taco bell I kicked up my board and walked inside. 

        "Hey may i help you?" The girl said. "uh yeah Ill have a chicken quesidilla and 2 cool ranch tacos and a baja blast drink."  I ordered. She tapped it in and said "9.89 is your total" I handed her and 10 and she gave me my change. "Order number  23" She said handing me the reciept. "thanks" I said and walked over to the last empty table and sat down. I plugged in my headphones and closed my eyes for a few minutes. I heard the door open and close i opened my eyes. I saw a familiar face. No it cant be. I shook my head and looked at him again.  Connor Franta? It looks like him. I took a deep breath. Some girl called out "Order 23?" I walked up and grabbed the tray. I looked at Connor and he looked at me straight in the face and flashed a small smile. I smiled back and walked to my table.  I opened up my taco and started eating it. Connor finished ordering and looked around for a table. none were open. he walked over to me. Oh shit. Act cool Emily. Act Cool. "Hey is anyone sitting here?" Connor asked. "No, go ahead." I assured him. He looked at me. 

"My names Connor. Connor Franta."

" I know haha. Im Emily. Emily Matthews."

"How do you know?"

"I watch your youtube videoss."

"Sweet! I've never seen you around here! .Are you new?"

"Yeah! i just moved here yesterday actually."  

"So how you liking Cali so far?"

"Its actually better then i thought... except for the fact i have no friends here."

"Well I'll introduce you to some of my friends! Have you seen ricky, sam, jc,trevor,and kian?"

"Yep!" 

"Ill introduce you." 

the girl yelled "Order number 29" Connor stood up and walked over and go his tray. He sat down next to me and we started eating. We talked for about a hour about each other. we both got up and dumped our trash and placed our trays on top of the trash can and walked outside. 

          "So ill text you?" Connor asked. "Sure. Whats your number?" i replied. He handed me his phone and i handed him my phone.  We typed in our contact and number and gave it back. "Nice meeting you Emily."He said giving me a friend hug..  I smiled "You too. Text me! Bye!" He smiled back "Alright.Bye" Then i skated back to my house.

         I walked in and closed the door and slid down the wall and just sat  there. "What just happened?" I said to myself. i smiled uncontrollably. I just met Connor Franta. Oh my gosh. Best Day.  I walked upstairs and fell onto my bed and just smiled. My phone went off several times. I picked up my phone. 6 new texts.

    "Hey its Connor! I forgot to tell you this but you're also really pretty."

    "Hey Gurl. Its Ricky. Conrad gave me your number. Im no stalker. ;) well..."

    "Hii, My names Sam. Sam pottorff.. Wassup?"

     " Wasssup!! Justin here! or as you may know me.. Jc!"

    " Hellllooo!! I'm Trevor nice to meet you!!"

     "Hey! Kian here. hows it goin!?"

    I was freaking out at this point. and wrote them all back.

To Connor: Hey Con! Aw Thanks! :) You're not bad lookin either. haha;)

To Ricky: Hey Ricky! I'm Emily. You probably already may know that haha. You're not a stalker. But you are ricky minaj!

To Sam: Hey Sam! My names Emily Matthews! Nothing much just chillin hbu?

To Jc: Hey cloud! Im Emilyy! Nothing much. and you?

To Trevor: Hey Trev!! My name is Emily. Nice to meet you too! Whats up?

To Kian: Hey keen da bean! Sorry i had to call you that ;). Haha im doing frantastic ;) hbu?

  I texted all of them all day. 

This was seriously the best day of my life.. <3
