Lucas Black

She was different, she changed, she was new. Violet's a new creature. Where did my good girl go?

Then

Violet used to have hair that reached her shoulders, a sun kissed blonde. Hundreds of freckles sprinkled across her porcelain, untouched skin and a smile across her face everyday.

Now

Violet Grimm has dark short hair, She had little button expanders, piercings, tattoos. Violet doesn't smile, she smirks. Violet doesn't laugh, she giggles. She was a mixture. She was a new breed.

And I liked it.

She wouldn't back down without a fight. She wanted to fight fire with fire.

Jacob had introduced me to the rest of his 'group'. There was only Ryan and Oliver.

Ryan looked like your typical fuckboy who would try and get some from a horny 15 year old but he was a good guy, good grades, decent report. Girls liked the Blonde hair, brown eyes and the fact that he looked like he had just come back from Florida with skin the color of the sun.

Oliver was similar to me however, he didn't care about what anyone thought about him, only he was a blondie too. It made sense that Ryan and Oliver were brothers.

They were obviously clueless that they became the new 'mates' of one of the biggest Mafia leaders in the world.

It isn't easy running a Mafia, I have to find a wife before 18. Of course my parents wanted me to marry some Italian girl but I refused when she said she was in love with me. I had met her once, that was by accident. She spilled her coffee on my lap then tried to clean it up. I was mortified when she started giggling and blushing like 5 year old.

I told my father what happened and he just started to laugh. It was then that I asked about The Grimm's and how they were doing, unknowing as to who was actually in it.

"Son, we are going back to England to do business with The Grimm's. There, you will find a wife." I nodded, The Grimm's have been good friends with my family for centuries but they have never been...married so I guess this would simply solidify their friendship.

"Father, don't the Grimm's have a daughter?" I knew it was someone I have met but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.

"Yes, but you will have to be quick. Her parents want her to wed The Americans' son. Last I heard, she punched him in the face for touching her inappropriately and asking about some ring on her finger." Ring? Ring...

I looked at him in bewilderment before the both of us began to chuckle. I ran my hand through the dark hair that covered my eye, thinking about who this girl was. "Do you have a picture? Of her?"

"Lucas. It's Violet. Violet Grimm. You two used to be best friends when you were younger. But we had to leave without anyone knowing, it broke her heart. Her mother says she never forgave you. Even now..." Father had that stone cold look on his face as he told me this alerting news, after a while my mother walked into the room with her eyebrows knitted together as she held two plates with a piece of Red Velvet on each. A soft smile planted itself on my face as she hugged me, placing a soft kiss on my cheek.
