2 years & 9 months later.

Violet.

"Okay! Okay! I will call you before I go to bed. Just don't cause any trouble for Jensen please?" I begged my girls while placing a kiss on their foreheads. Jupiter June and Mercury May. Jupiter was the fiery redhead that had no problem telling you what her problem was, burning blue eyes sprinkled with chocolate specks that skimmed every person's face that she met and she remembered. Everyone. While Jupiter was exceptional with remembering faces, her twin was just as talented with memory. Mercury had pitch black locks with deep brown orbs that were speckled with azure blue. She could remember every word in every book that my intelligent little girl has read. Where this talent came from? No idea.

"Mum, why do we have to leave them here? What if something happens?" Rivers' deepened voice shook me from my deep thinking session. I turned to face my now grown up sparrow, taking a deep breath to remember how different he looks now. I thought he was still around 11, however, according to the system, he is 14. River had been training and building up muscle to become a tough man and he was exactly that with now dark hair like Mercury that slicked back.

"Nothing will happen River, have faith in me, please. We are going to make sure everything is ready for the girls to finally come home." I explained while grooming my now grey shoulder length hair back, Aunt Rose permitted me to keep some form of art so it was my hair and the tattoos. I had just acquired a brand new tattoo around the time the girls were born, it was a serene beautiful river that was lit up by the stars and Jupiter and Mercury the planets were in the reflection of the water and in the night sky.

"Do I not get a goodbye hug too?" Bo's voice shrieked in sadness, Jupiter and Mercury hurled themselves over their favourite Aunty. Bo's now sleek longer ombré hair pushed back behind her ears was rested above her hips, having matured greatly emotionally and psychically she wore her hair simple.

"Will we meet dad?" Mercury chirped up, earning a sharp intake of oxygen from myself. I was nervous about Lucas seeing the girls again. I had forgotten what he looked like, spoke like, and smelled like. He was foreign to me then.

"Yes, you will meet dad Mercury." I breathed out, my natural Russian tongue had become so much stronger but so had my other languages. During my pregnancy Rose had me learn multiple languages to distract me from worrying, so I was fluent in Russian, English, German, Mandarin and Italian. Of course. After I lost the baby weight I began psychical training hopefully I won't ever have to use it.

"Mum, let's go," River whined while holding the car door open for me to get in. I signalled my goodbye to my girls and shot a warning look to Jensen in which he nodded curtly. They'll be safe, my girls will be safe I thought. I watched longingly as my home for the past 2 years and 9 months became a mere blur in the forest and countryside.

5 hours later

I overheard the low hum of conversation behind the mahogany door, River gulped loudly and took a deep breath before rolling his shoulders back then meeting my gaze to nod. I glanced at Bo who was staring at the door, void of emotion.

I didn't realise I was knocking until an unfamiliar face opened the door with a disapproving glare.

"It's invite only, we didn't order whores." I raised my brow as the girl stood before me commenting on my profession. Does she really want to do this?

"Who the fu-" Bo started but I sharply interrupted.

"I've been invited alright, check the list for Violet and River Grimm. If it's not there then check under Black." A polite smile spread across my lips like butter on hot toast. The girl's features sunk down before clenching her jaw and she stepped aside allowing River and I access.
