Permanent Vacation

Chapter 5

I gathered Ash,Cal,Sarah,Jax,and Chloe back in the room.

"For my date,can you guys bring the stuff in.I'll text Cal when to bring everything in,"I asked.

"I'll buy you a dinner and help bring it in,"Cal said.

"Oh,I call cooking and bring it in too,"Jax said.

"I'll help Cal bring food out,"Chloe said.

"I got the ice cream,"Sarah said.

"Me too,"Ash added.

What about us,"Taylor says as she points to her and Mikey as they stand in the doorway.

"I didn't think you guys would want to help,"I said.

"It's fine,I'll help cook the food and bring ice cream,"Taylor said.

"I'll go to the store and buy drinks for the date while Cal buys the meal,"Mikey said.

"Thank you all,now this night needs go well,"I said.

I went and got ready and when I was done,I waited for Luke in the back room.He came in a few minutes after I got there.

"Ready,"Luke asked.

"Yeah,now sit.We're staying here for the date,"I said as I put a movie in.

The movie was almost over and I texted Cal while Luke was distracted by the movie.

"Alright,bring meal now"

"K,one sec"

I put my phone back in my pocket and the movie ended.Someone knocked and Luke groaned.I just laughed and let them in.They all dressed nicely liked I asked.Cal,Chloe,Jax,and Mikey came in.

They set down the meal and walked out as Mikey put two gloslses down and put champagne in them,then walked out.

"Did you plan that or did that just happen ironically,"Luke asked.

"Nope,I planned that,"I said with a smile.

We finished and I texted Cal,hoping Luke wouldn't notice.

"Ice cream time and take dishes from meal"

"K,be there before you can say shit"

"Lol,wtf Cal"

I put my phone back in my pocket and looked at Luke who was messing with his guitar.

Not too long after,they were at the door again and I let them in.Ash,Sarah,and Taylor with the ice cream.They gave the ice cream to us and left.We finished our ice cream and Luke grabbed his guitar.

"Since you planned this amazing night,this is how I'm repaying you,"Luke said as he started strumming and humming.His humming turned into singing.

Luke finished singing and put the guitar down.I'm pretty sure I was crying,but I couldn't help it,that song was beautiful.

"Luke....that was beautiful,thank you so much,"I said and gave him a hug.

"It was nothing Sky,I just wrote from the heart.Well,I wrote how I felt too,"Luke said as he kissed my forehead.

"I guess you could say that was everything you didn't say,"I said and laughed a bit.
