After the town house incident

"El?" She asks in diss belief.
"Yeah Liv it's me" he says running his fingers through her hair.
"Oh my god! Get off me!" She yells moving away from him.
"Liv..I.."
"No! Don't! Just get out!" She screams cutting him off.
"Liv please" he persists
"No! And don't call me Liv. Get out!" She yells.
He stands up and walks out of the room with his head hanging.

"Hey I'm going to check up on Liv, you coming?" Tucker asks
"Yeah" Finn says, Carisi nods and follows.
They get in his car and drive to the hospital.
When they walk in Finn's jaw drops.
"Son of a bitch" he says under his breath.
"What?" Tucker and Carisi ask in unison.
After all Finn was the only one who really knew what the man sitting in the waiting room had done to Liv.
"Stabler! You son of a bitch!" He practically yells from the other side of the waiting room.
"Nice to see you too Finn!" He replies sarcastically
"You ass wipe!" He yells swinging his fist at Elliot's face.
"What the hell was that for?!" He yells back
"You know what! you bastard!" He says widening his eyes
Elliot instantly knew what he meant. He knew what he had done.
"Finn.. I'm sorry.."
"Don't say sorry to me! Say sorry to her!" He yells gesturing to Liv's hospital room.
"What's going on?" Tucker asks.
"N..nothing. I need to speak to Liv but she won't listen. I need to explain!" He says
"What? Explain what?" Tucker asks.
"That's between me and Liv!" He says sharply
Carisi and tucker look at each other with wide eyes.
"Well maybe she doesn't want to talk to you!" Finn snaps back. "So I suggest you leave!"
"I'll wait right here, until she wants to speak to me" he says. He sits down and crosses his legs smugly.
Finn shoots him a dirty look and turns around facing Tucker and Carisi.

There had always been a tension between Elliot and Finn. Finn was like a brother to Liv, he had always looked out for her. He was there to pick up the pieces when Elliot broke her.

Liv lay on the bed, a thousand thoughts in her head.
Why is he back now? Why is he here? How did he know I was here? What did he think was going to happen? What, he would just walk back in here and I forgive him?

She sits up and takes a sip of her water. She sees Finn talking to Tucker through the window. She rolls her eyes and let's her head fall back into the pillow.
Why are they still here?
She closes her eyes and pictures of the days she spent in the car driving around with Elliot appear in her head. They use to eat at the diner just outside the precinct when they would stay up all night and finish cases. They would talk for hours, and shared their most personal secrets. Olivia would get upset when she talked about her parents, and Elliot would always be there, holding her in his arms, comforting her. Elliot would get upset when he talked about the divorce, and the kids, and his father. And Olivia would always be there to tell him everything would always be okay in the end.

"Hey Liv, can I come in?" Tucker asks opening the door.
"Yeah" she says sitting up.
He walks over to her and sits on the chair next to her bed.
"Someone is waiting outside for you" he says
"Oh, he is still here?" She asks, not really believing what she had herd.
"Yeah, I think I recognise him, but I don't know where from" he says
"Yeah" she throws her head back and looks up at the ceiling.
"Liv.. Are you okay" he says putting his hand on her forehead, checking her temperature.
"I'm fine" she replies.

After she gathered her thoughts she makes a decision.
"Can you tell him" she looks out of the window. "To come in here please" she says.
"Yeah, sure. Do you want me to stay outside?" He asks
"Yeah please" she replies.
Tucker smiles and walks out.
A few minutes later, Elliot walks in.
