Elliot had re applied for his job. And because he was such a good detective he was aloud it back.
Tucker's POV
Okay. Today is the day. I'm going to tell her how I feel. I've felt this way like forever! Way back when she was accused of murder.

Nobody POV
Olivia walks I into the precinct and walks over to Elliot. He is focused on his computer screen.
"Hey El" she says
"Hey liv, you look nice" he says
"You haven't looked up from your screen. How could you possibly know that I look nice?" She asks smiling.
"Well you always look nice" he says lifting his head away from the screen. He looks at her and smiles.
She sees a coffee on her NYPD coaster in her favourite mug. Black coffee, just the way she likes it.
"Thanks" she says taking a sip of her coffee.
"No problem" he says smiling.
"But erm el!? I don't sit here anymore" she says
"What?!" He says in surprise.
She stands and walks to her office.
"I sit in here now!" She says sitting down.
"Okay liv stop playing!" He laughs.
She points to the name tag on her desk and crosses her legs, with a smug look on her face.
"You. Are lieutenant. Of Manhattan SVU?!" He asks like its a joke
"As a matter of face I am. Have a seat detective stabler" she says with her smirk growing into a mischievous smile, whist raising her eyebrow.
"Wow okay boss!" He says. He sits down and smiles. "Liv I need to tell...."
Just then Tucker bursts through the door.
"Liv, I need to speak with you" he says. He notices the Elliot is sitting there.
"Can this wait?" She asks
"Erm.. No not really" he says
"Well it's going to have to wait because I need to speak with her" Elliot snaps back.
"Hey guys!" She says, like she isn't even part of the conversation any more. "How important is it Tucker, because we could talk later" she says smiling.
"Okay, we could talk over lunch" he says opening the door. He flashes another smile and leaves.
"El what did you want to say?"
