Coming home EDIT (kai and cinder)

If you've read my other book! This is the OFFICAL idea of the first chapter I made on wattpad and it has 306 VIEWSSSS OML!  This will be a rearranged edit by a lot. Basically edits are pre-typed so I used that and add in words,delete sentences, sometimes 2-3 paragraphs. So it's a lot of major editing involving not just a simple sentence changed :)

Cinder's POV:

I take a deep breath and look at the beautiful wide  palace doors. Iko smiled "Well go on in I think Kai's waiting". "Yeah lets go in"

I open the door with the key  I kept. You never know when your going to come back when your on those trips.The big palace doors open and I see kai sitting in his favorite chair.I smoothed out my long sparky red gown. Quietly, but carefully I walk up behind Kai and wrap my arms around his neck. I kiss his cheek and he turns. Kai flushes a shade of pink and smiles "Oh my gosh your back already!"

Kai's face blushed when I sat on his lap "Yeah did you miss me?" He kissed my cheek in return "Yes, gosh it's been so long since I've seen that beautiful lunar face of yours." I put my on my straightest face without laughing "Oh you love it anyway "

Kai picks me up bridal style and smiles. I give him a look "Where are we going?" Kai smiles and walks up the stairs "To our new room we got it re-modeled when you left for your trip." Thankfully Kai drops me at the door so I can open it. Twisting the door knob slowly I walk in
The room was amazing! It was crisp yellow color. It reminded me of buttery popcorn. Our bed was much larger and we even got our mini fridge to an even bigger one. On the wall our sixty inch tv which was now a seventy inch one! I flop onto our comfy but lightweight bed. I sink into the memory foam and giggle. Kai joins me on the bed with a box in his hand.
"Cinder I got you a gift."
I raise my eyebrow and smile wondering what could if be "Kai if it's mechanic parts a I already got some for fre-...."
Kai cuts me off and shoves the box into my hand. "I hope you like it."
I untie the ribbon slowly on the box. I take off the top of the box gently and see what's inside.
Flawless,white, sparkly gloves where in the box. I gasp in shock and smile. This reminded me of the gift Kai first give me at my mechanic stand (first book of TLC)
I never bothered using gloves anymore since I could afford expensive skins designs. I try one on and look at my hand in them. They come up about to my forearm but there perfect!
While waking to Kai and I squeal and give him a hug. "Thanks."
Kai smiles back and accepts thee hug "No problem."
"Why gloves though,"
Kai smirks and takes the glove off I tried on "Because every queen needs some."
I absorb those words and smile.
Iko's POV:

I continue to walk around this huge but wonderful place. I kinda wish I had it good like cinder. She gets anything she wants but never takes advantage of it.Did I mention the prince of common wealths in love with her also? Who wouldn't want to live the glamorous palace life? Kai popped up behind me. "Oh hey I didn't mean to scare you Iko sorry." I try my hardest not to bust out laughing "Oh no your fine. Whats

Kai stares at the floor nervously. "I wanted to ask you if you were okay with me proposing to Cinder.."My Jaw literally almost hit the floor "YES! OMG MY SISTER/BEST FRIENDS GONNA MARRY THE PRINCE OF..." I began to jump up and down until Kai hushed me because he didn't want to wake cinder up.

Kai's POV:

Im nervous to propose to cinder. She's like a magic eight ball you never know what your outcome is when it comes to things like this.I mean not everyday your best friend/future wife comes home unexpectedly and you propose to her. That's the least of my worries. I just really hope she likes the ring I got her. I guess a 24 karat ring is no joke.

I knock in Cinders door to see if she's awake. Cinder opens the door and smiles. Instead of being in a red sparkly dress she was wearing a crop top and shorts. Not that, that's bad at all.

I smile at cinder and wink. "Get dresses babe were going out."
Cinder smiles while giggling "Isn't this outfit fine."
It truly really was but I would see her getting proposed in a different outfit. "Yeah your good."
Cinder and I head out the door and wave to Iko. I already sent Iko a text about what was going down tonight. She was going to be there.
Cinder and I decided to watch a movie and eat dinner. We watched some stupid love triangle movie. Surprisingly Cinder seemed to enjoy It.

I open the door to the pizza place and Cinder skips in. We sit at a booth and Cinder smiles "you think they can crush a few bolts into this." I laugh nervously but smiles "Your digestive system can handle this certain food I promise." Cinder smiles and looks at me "what should we get for drinks and an order." Knowing Cinder I usually ordered her things.
"Hey I'll order our drinks while you go to the bathroom."
Cinder looked lost. "I don't haft to go to the bathroom."
I smirk "Babe your got a few strands of hair sticking out from your ponytail and I know how that annoys you."
Cinder darts off knowing I'm right.
The male waiter comes and I smile "For the dinner I'll take the special. For drinks I'll take one chocolate oreo and one birthday cake one."
Man I couldn't tell you how much Cinder loved milkshakes after the sundae I gave her. If we got a dollar a time Cinder asked for one or got one, our grandkids would be rich.
Cinder comes back skipping in her white converses with a high up better ponytail.
She smirks and turns looks at me "Better?"
"Yeah."
The waiter comes with our drinks and Cinders eyes light up.
"Kai I love these things and haven't had one in weeks! Dr.Erland said at the rate I'm eating them my wires could freeze!"
I laugh at that statement "Eh you'll be fine."
The waiter gives me a thumbs up and comes over with our pizza in a box.
He sets it in front of cinder and I bend down on one knee.
Cinder laughs as she reads out loud on the box "You want a pizza-dis(piece of this)as your husband? Well I wanna pizza-you( piece of you.) too. Will you marry me?
Still bent down I show cinder the ring and she smiles "Cinder or Selene Channary Jannali Blackburn will you marry me?"
Cinder takes a bit of the pizza first making everyone laugh and then yells "YESSSS!"
I slip the brightly beautiful ring on Cinders finger and she smiles. An older couple looks at her ring and smiles "Wow....he must really love you."
Cinder and I take the pizza and leave the parlor. I could tell she was really happy.
"So you like the ring?"
Cinder nods and smiles "I love the ring actually!"
I take a breath of relief. Buying jewelry for Cinder is harder than herding cattle sometimes.
Cinder's POV
I really wasn't expecting for kai to propose to me. I know Iko probably knows and is dying right now. I walk the ought the door and yell "GUESSS WHOS ENGAGED!?"
Iko runs up to me and screams louder than ever! "CINDED OMG IVE NEVER SEEN A RING THAT BIG BEFORE!" I wink and Kai and Kiss him in the cheek "Well now you have."

Sadly Kai had work to do so he came in our room later that night. "Hey who knew you stay up this late?". I'll have you know on that trip we had dinner at this time. Kai laughed and cut off the lights. "Goodnight finace" "Good night future Lunar Queen."

GUYS THAT WAS LIT WASNT IT? I love doing edits and this one was cool too! I did change it up a lot from thee other time! Took me awhile but enjoy guys! Like,comment and PLEASE OH PLEASE SHARE!
