Cinders POV:

Words can't explain right now how I'm infuriated with scarlet and cress. They had an interview on Thursday night and start to talk smack about me? I reply the video on my phone to witness it again. The reporter smiles and reads the questions off her card "A lot of people out there want to know what do you think of Cinder before she got married and after she got married to Kai?"

Cress giggles dumbly and smiles "Before we met Cinder she was a lowlife,loser in need of a foot literally."

Scarlet rolls her eyes "I'm surprised they allow robots into the ball. Kai made a stupid choice making her his special guest."

The reporter nods and reads another question off her card "Do you think Cinder married Kai for his money?"

Cress sips her water and smirks rudely "Of course I do. Cinder has never seen a full bank vault in her life. I can tell she somewhat likes her husband but if he wasn't that rich she'd be somewhere else."

Scarlet nods and smiles "She's burned a hole in his wallet by now...."

The interview goes on with snobby answers and stupefied questions. Tonight we're all suppose to go out to dinner. I walk up the spiral staircase and hit Kai and I's room.

Kai is laying on his bed while playing on his phone. I sit down next to him and nudge his shoulder. He turns to me.

"Cinder I've been meaning to talk to you."

"Great he probably saw the video." I think to myself

" I don't know what scarlet and cress were thinking but drop them as friends."

I nod my head "Yeah I'm just done with them."

At dinner it was awkward

Scarlet and Cress smile at me looking fake.

"I don't appreciate you talking **** behind my back."

Scarlet flushes and looks down "Cinder we were paid to....."

Wolf sets down his wine glass and looks furious "Scarlet don't you dare say that. You had a choice and you chose the wrong one."

Scarlet looks ashamed but Thorne buts in "Gosh cress I knew you were Los but not this low? Your throwing your friend under the bus for fame?"

Wolf and Thorne leave the table angrily leaving just us four. Kai gets up and pats me on the back.

I grit my teeth "All you've done Is talk **** about me and now your just going to not back it up? I don't care if they payed you or not you said and it you
Meant it!"

I get up from the table and walk away scarlet grabs my arm but her shove her to the floor and throw a wine glass at her
"Good luck finding someone to replace me."

Scarlett's  on  the floor crying with glass all over here, and then there cress who's just looking into space speechless.

Kai and J drive home until I drift into a dark soundless sleep.

HOW WAS IT! I know it wasn't like lit...but I thought it was pretty good! SPRING BREAK IS HERE SPAM SPAM SPAM! Remember our goal is 2k were so close!!! We can hit if we have 30-40 reads per chapter!
