Chapter 3- They make the rules

.

I'm currently waiting for my dad to come pick me up bored just texting Kilie on my phone.

After I yelled at her for not telling me Vincent was her brother I forgave her. She said he lives with her dad because their parents for divorced. She got her moms last name and he got his dads so thats why I didn't know.

I changed into a cute floral dress that has ruffles at the top and comes mid thigh and white converse to match.

My dad said to dress nice because this is one of his good paying jobs. He does private jobs for wealthy people who don't want to go to a doctors office.

He pulls up and I jumps in his car.

"Hello my dear daughter." My father says politely.

"Hello my silly father." I say laughing and he smiles.

"How's school going?" He asks and I go into detail about my studies.

We talk about random stuff like my mom and little sister till we arrive. We finally get to the house and I can't help the shock.

"Holy Moly!" I say and my dad chuckles. This house is massive and looks like a castle. We park and I get out starting to feel nervous. These people are pretty important obviously because they are filthy rich.

"Why are we here?" I ask.

"There's a boy with cancer here, they have a special doctor but he's on vacation so I'm stepping in." He says and I nod. It's sad that people so young can get such a horrible disease. That why I'm so happy to help my father with his job.

We walk up to the door and he rings the doorbell. We stand for awhile when a man opens the door. He must be in his early 20's because he is so gorgeous, and awfully familiar. His dark brown hair is shaggy and his mucles are bulging out of his shirt. He looks at us and smiles politely.

"You must be the Doctor please come in." He says and my dad nods walking in and I follow.

"And you must be the beautiful daughter." The man says and I blush. I smile nodding brushing my hair out of my face.

"Yes I guess that's me?" I ask. I wouldn't call myself beautiful but ok?

"Indeed it is." He says he's eyes meeting mine causing me to blush further. He turns still smiling leading us further into the house. We go in a rather large room and there a hospital bed with a healthy young boy laying in it he smiles at us and laughs.

"Hello." He says sitting up and I smile.

"Hello you must be doctor Parks." A man says and stands up shaking his hand. He has long dark black hair specs of grey peppered throughout and his blue eyes sparkly with greatfullnesss, clearly happy a doctor is here. He looks much like the boy at the door......and someone else but I can't put my finger on it.

"Yes and this is my daughter Spencer, she helps with my patients." My father says and the man smiles. He sticks his hand out for me and I take it.

"Hello I'm Jack." He says and I nod. They turn there attention to the boy my dad asking questions about his health. I suddenly have the urge to pee and I look around and see the man from the door.

"Can you show me to the bathroom?" I ask and he grins nodding. He walks out of the room and I follow. We go down multiple hallways and if he leaves me in the bathroom ill be lost.

"Here it is." He says and I smile.

"Thank you." I say and open the door. I use the restroom and walk out to find him waiting against the wall. He smiles at me standing up straighter.
