Katherine POV

I slowly sat up wincing a bit in pain. "Hey easy now" Jon said as he stopped me. "I don't want to stay in bed!" I groaned. "Yes you do and here's a now clean bucket don't overflow it this time" "Relax I only get it in the mornings"

Someone started knocking at the door. Jon got up to open it. "Sup baby sis" Jay smirked patting the back of a not so happy Harry. "What are you both doing here?" "Came to check on you and Harry doing a bit of a treatment today."

"What?" I frowned. "Whilst Jon and I go to the gym. Harry offered here to be your Nurse for the day, here's your outfit bro" he smirked.

I raised my eyebrow up at him. "Bathroom" he mumbled. I pointed to the door.

Jay jumped on the bed. "Your gonna love this" the door opened to the bathroom. The first thing I saw was red heels. I slowly looked up and saw my brother? Well I should say Sister! But oh my god Jay is a legend for doing this to him.

I couldn't laugh I was too shocked and my mouth hung low. Very!
Jay was crying from laughing too much and Jon was secretly taking pictures. "Alright you can both piss off" "Remember there's no place like home"

I saw Harry trying so hard not to punch his twin brother. "Alright, Alright Jon and I are going" he laughed pulling Jon out. The door slammed shut.

It was an awkward silence.

"I hope you're enjoying this!" "Actually I'm not. I think it was more of Jay amusement. He threw the syringe on the floor. "I know" he mumbled. "What did he say to get you in this mess?" "That he'll kick me out"

I sighed. "Harry he's getting annoyed now and yes it was harsh but he's sick of it I'm sick of it. Literally! And I'm actually being sick at this moment" "Aren't we all with our petty arguments"

As he paced around trying to not twist his ankle at the progress. My stomach started hurting like period cramps but I knew it wasn't my period. I whimpered placing my hand on my stomach.

I felt a hand go on my back. "Kat are you alright?" "Yeah I'm fine" he sat beside me. "Do you need anything?" "Just some paracetamol and hot water bottle"

I watched him boil the kettle. I smiled. He looked at saw me. "What are you smiling about?" "Just rare seeing you help out" I giggled. He smirked.

I placed my hand over my head. Damn you headaches. My stomach was turning agian. I leaned over to throw up in the bucket.

"Damn did the fall cause all this?" "Guess I'm still in shock" he walks over with a tissue and wiped my mouth. I smiled. He threw it in the trash and gave me a glass of water with my paracetamol.

He grabbed my hot water bottle and placed it on my stomach and tucked me in with a blanket. "Can you pass me the remote? Please"

He grabbed the remote for me and switched on the TV without me asking but it was sorta obvious that was the next thing I was gonna ask.

"Come lay with me" "Gladly" he mumbled kicking off the heels and pulling the wig off. He laid on top the blanket. I started feeling sleepy and rested my head on Harry chest using it as a pillow.

It shocked him at first as he jumped a little that was until he wrapped his arm around me making me more comfortable

Dean POV

Jay and I have just came back from the gym breathless and sweaty. "Let's see if no one dead or the room in piece" Jay said as he opened the door. It was clean.. and quiet too quiet... Well except for the noise coming from the TV going on in the background. I switched it off.

Jay was staring at something. I walked over wondering what it was and that's when I saw the most cutest sight ever. Katherine and Harry cuddling together both asleep and both smiling in their sleep.

Jay was smiling seeing his baby sister and twin brother together and not fighting. "I guess it did work even though I was expecting it to not" he said. I walked over to Kat side and kissed her cheek. I looked down at the bucket and sighed "She's been sick agian."

"When is she usually sick?" Jay frowned. "Mostly mornings that's it" "Have you guys been having sex recently with no protection? Because I know she's had that implant out of her now"

"We actually discussed having a baby" my eyes widened. Oh my god! I might be a Father to my Fiancée. "Really? She actually said she wanted one?" "Her idea I was surprised myself"

I'm gonna be over the moon if she is but it sucks because I leave in less than 2 weeks.

"Damn she finally has moved on" "I'm glad. Makes our relationship even stronger" "If she is pregnant good luck bro. Trust me you do not wanna piss around with a pregnant women. I learnt that with my Wife" he said making me chuckle.

Renee sent me a text with a picture attached to it. It was William and he's looking like me as he grows and grows. The kid almost 1 like shit!

Under it she put "Missing Daddy" at first I thought it was sweet but then I thought was that him that misses me or was that her but she used him to say that. I didn't bother to over think about it and shoved my phone down.

I saw Harry starting to wake up. He looked down to see Katherine. He smiled and kissed her forehead. "Let's leave them two alone" Jay said as Harry got up. "Come on sis" Jay smirked wrapping his arm around Harry shoulder making him glare.

Twins. I playfully rolled my eyes and chuckled as they left. Before I went and cuddled with my Fiancée. I took a quick shower and grabbed some clean clothes. By the time I got out the bathroom she was already being sick in the bucket.

I sat by her side and rubbed her back. "I'm fine" she managed to get out as she controlled her breathing.

"Katherine I'm buying you a pregnancy test"
