Chaper 10

Chapter 10

"Out! All of you! Now!" My dad yells at Amy and the rest of the boys. Wow. He is really mad.

Amy looks at me with a 'what the hell happened' look on her face. I look over to Niall and then point to my lips. She looked shocked but happy at the same time. No. Amy. It's. Not. Going. To. Happen.

The boys and Amy walk out the door and close it behind them.

"What were you two doing out there!" My dad shouts taking glances from me to Niall.

"Can you not yell, please?" I whisper to him.

"You want me to not yell. How do you want me to do that? How do you want me not to yell when I see my daughter kissing the boy that broke her heart!"

"Look, Mr. Williams, I'm sorry about that and I tried to talk to Jade about it and-"

"Shut up Niall!! I don't want your explanation." My dad yells at the top of his lungs.

"Dad! Stop!" I scream back at him.

"He's trying to talk to you about it! Do you know why?" I ask my father.

He looks at me with a questioning look.

"He's trying to talk to you about it because I don't want to listen to him." I say.

My dad's face softens a little and looks at Niall.

"Is this true?" My dad questions Niall.

Niall just sits there with his head hanging low.

"Niall. Answer me. Is it true?" He asks again.

"Yeah. I tried to talk to her and she didn't want to so I followed her out to the corridor and, I don't know what took over me, so I kissed her. I'm sorry." Niall says trying to avoid eye contact with my dad.

"So you tried to explain what happened?"

"Yes, Sir, I did."

"Okay. Look, both of you are going to talk about the whole situation, and then we can go. I have to get back to the meeting." He says gathering papers from his desk.

"Go out to lunch or something with the rest of the boys and Amy." He says walking out the door.

"Okay, dad. See you later."

"So are we going to talk about it or...?" Niall asks awkwardly.

"No. Were not. I don't want to talk about anything with you." I say getting up and walking to the door.

"That's what you're lips are saying now but when I kissed you your lips said otherwise." He says with a smile on his.

I can't help but blush because he's right. He's always right.

"Look! You're blushing!" He points out.

"Stop! No in not!" I say giggling.

Maybe I do want to talk things out with him. Be friends again. But no more than friends. I hope.

"Do you still like me, Jade?" Niall asks getting closer.

"No. Not the same way." I reply.

"Does that mean that you still have feeling for me?"

"Not as strong as I used to. Look can we go it with the rest of the guys and Amy, please?" I ask trying to get out of this conversation.

"Not until I prove something." He says.

"And what are you hoping to prove?"

"That you still love me." He says as he grabs me by the hips and lowers his lips to mine. He stays close to my lips without touching them. I couldn't take it anymore. I closed the gap between me and Niall. I let his soft pink lips meet mine. Niall and I both smiled into the kiss. We pulled apart and looked into each others eyes. His baby blue eyes. The one that I love the most.

"See, you still love me." He says with a great big smile on his face.

"No I don't. Maybe just a little." I say without thinking.

What did I just do?

"I'm sorry Niall, but this can't happen again. I'm sorry." I say quickly trying to get out of the room.

"What?" He asks confused.

"You know exactly what I'm trying to say!" I yell.

"So you're telling me that we can't be together again!" This time he yells.

"Not that easy! You don't just try to make me your girlfriend again after three years with two simple kisses! It doesn't work like that!"

"So what, your saying I have to win you back!"

"Yes!"

What the hell am I doing?

"No I don't want to be with you ever again!" I yell trying to stop the tears from spilling from my eyes.

I blink and run to the balcony to try to stop the tears that have already fallen from my eyes.

"Jade, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have thought that you would come back into my arms like that. I'm really sorry. I'll be leaving now. Bye, see you around." He says with a hint of disappointment in his voice.

"Niall, wait. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been that rude to you. Please forgive me?"

"Only on one condition." He says.

"And what might that condition be Horan?"

"Go out with me, on a date? Just one, if you don't mind?" He asks shyly.

"Just one, but with one condition?"

"What would that condition be my lovely Jade?"

"Okay, now it's two. First off, don't call me lovely because I'm not. Second, we have to go to Nando's and we have to watch a film. Understood."

"But that's like three different things and you said one condition. Not three!" He says smiling.

"Then I changed it to two and now I'm changing it to three. There it's settled." I reply.

"Okay. If you say so."

"Let's go with the rest of the group shall we?" I say trying to go so I could talk to Amy.

We walk out of the room and see the guys and Amy sitting on the floor talking away in their own conversations.

Amy notices me and Niall and tells the boys.

"So what did you guys do in there?" Harry asks wiggling his eyebrows.

"Nothing!" Me and Niall shout at the same time.

"So, we're all going out to lunch right now!" I shout to get everyone in the elevator.

"Okay, boys, see you downstairs. Bye." I say waving them off.

"Wait, why aren't you getting in?" Liam asks.

"Because there are five of you and I'm claustrophobic. Therefore I will be taking the stairs, that solves my problem! Bye!"

The elevator doors close shut and wait to go to the next floor before starting to talk.

"So? What happened?" Amy asks me with a giant smile stuck on her face.

Guess I'm not the first one to start taking.

"I'll tell you on the way down." I say to her as she pushes the door that lead to the stairs open.
