Chapter 12

There's an S under my clothes on my chest where nobody else can see

I woke up to my phone ringing. Why?!?!

"Why are you calling so early!?" I yell into the phone.

"It's 11:47 am Jade. Get up we have to go see the boys." I hear Amy's voice.

"What! It's almost going to be 12!! Oh my god!" I shout shocked that I slept in.

"Wait, what? What do you mean by 'we' are seeing the boys?" I ask trying to get an explanation.

"Yeah, we'll when you and Niall were eating lunch, me and the rest of the boys decided that we should hang out today."

"So, you thought that I would just say yes without a second thought."

"No. I know without a doubt you would never leave me with some boys I've never actually hung out with except once."

"I hate you. Why are you always right. What time do we have to there by?" I ask, throwing the covers off of me.

"We are meeting them at Niall's house in twenty minutes. So hurry up."

"Your giving me twenty minutes to get ready!"

"It's your fault you got up late. Now hurry up! I'll be at your house in ten minutes."

"Bye." We both say hanging up the phone.

I walk over to my bathroom and brush my teeth. I walk out and connect my iPod to my speakers and blast Demi Lovato.

I change into a pair of light wash denim shorts and a floral top. I brush my hair into a high ponytail and hear my phone ringing.

"Hey, how you doing!"

"Stop quoting Little Mix and open the door please." Amy's voice rang through the phone.

"Alright I'm going."

We both hang up and make my way down the stairs and through the living room and open the door letting Amy in.

"Come in. Let me just tell my dad we are leaving." I say closing the door.

"Okay. Hurry so we can talk on the way over there."

I run to my dads office and knock before letting myself in.

"Hey dad. I just wanted to let you know that me and Amy are going to go hang out with the boys. If that's alright with you."

"When was this planned." My father asks looking up from his paperwork.

"Yesterday, Amy and the boys planned it."

"Okay, go but you need to be back by 8. Understood?"

"Yes, Sir." I say smiling and running over to give him a hug.

"I love you daddy, bye."

"Have fun!"

"Okay let's go." I say grabbing Amy's arm, pulling her out of the house.

"So?" Amy asks.

"So, what?"

"So, what did you guys do on your date?"

"Watch a movie. That's it. Now I don't want to talk about it we're almost there."

The walk to Niall's house wasn't that long. He literally lived five houses down.

We walked up to the door step and knocked waiting fr someone to answer.

Maura, Niall's mom, opened the door. She looks at me with surprise in her eyes.

"Jade!" She says giving me a bone crushing hug.

"Hey Maura! I missed you so much!" I say hugging her back.

"It's been so long. How have you been?" She asks moving slightly so me and Amy can walk in.

"I've been great!"

"That's good. Amy how are you?"

"I've been good Mrs. Horan, how have you been." Amy says.

"How any times have I told you to call me Maura."

"I'm sorry. I'm just used to it." Amy replies.

"Are you ladies here to see the boys?" Maura says.

"Yeah. Umm, me and Amy are supposed to like hang out with them."

"Well the boys are in the living room but Niall is still asleep. So I will go wake him up." Maura informs us.

"Why doesn't Jade go wake Niall up!" Amy says a little too excited.

"Oh that's a great idea, Amy! Would you mind waking Niall up, Jade?" Maura spins on her heels to look at me.

"Sure, I'll go wake him up."

Maura thanks me and makes her way over to the living room. I look over at Amy whiles she laughs.

"What the hell!" I whisper-yell at her.

"Oh shut up and go wake up your lover boy." She says smirking.

"He's not my lover boy!"

"Whatever." She says walking away.

I grab the staircase rail and take a deep breath looking up to the second floor. Here I go. Walking all the way up the stairs I turn to the left and find the familiar door. I knock lightly on the door.

"Niall? Are you up yet?"

I slowly turn the knob and open the door slightly.

"Niall, get up."

I walk over to his bed and see that he is still sound asleep. Dude wake the fuck up!

"Niall, please, wake up." I say shaking him slowly.

"Leave me alone." He mumbles back.

"Okay, bye then." I reply walking back to the door.

"Jade? No come back, please?"

"Niall you have to get up."

"Please? Just come over here."

I look him in the eyes and can't help but walk over to him. Sitting on the bed I look around his room.

"Nothing has changed in here." I whisper.

"Jade, I still love you." He says, catching my attention.

"I'm sorry, what?" I say trying to process what he just said.

He looks at me with his ocean blue eyes, while getting into a sitting position, getting closer.

"I guess just telling you, Jade, isn't going to make you believe me so I guess I have to do something else to make you see that I still love, show you that you are still the one I want."

"What are you talking about?"

"This is what I'm talking about."

He grabs my face and pushes both our faces closer smashes our lips together. Did he really have to do this! Did he really have to point out that he still loves me! I know I still love him but I'm trying to move on. Oh who the hell am I kidding! I still love Niall! I'm not trying to move on at all.

So i kissed Niall with all I had. I wrapped my arms around his neck. He grips my hips and lays me down on his bed. I bring Niall's face closer to mine, missing what his kisses feel like.

"Jade! Niall! What are you guys doing?" The boys and Amy shriek at the same time.

Me and Niall separate and look at them all with embarrassed faces.

"W-we were just-"

"We were catching up on old times." Niall interrupts me.

Wow. Great way of putting it.
