That day Jane began her search for a new job online. She went through websites and websites and still found nothing she fancied. What was Juliun going to think of her now?

While she was still searching there was a knocking at her door.

"Jane? Are you in there?"
Jane recognised that voice from anywhere.
She got up and rushed through the door before they thought she was not there.

"Jane! I was so worried about you so I came to see if you were ok or not."

"Cassidy. Yeah about that. I got fired from work. And now I've got no job."

Cassy gave out a loud gasp, she looked like she was about to faint.

"I thought you were going to that press conference about the shooting tommorow it's really important Jane we can't risk it. This story was going to be juicy. Front of the papers!"

"I'm sorry but .....you're going to have to tell Rudy that I can't go. I'm not working for James Walker anymore. I'm just a mum now." Jane feeling ashamed stared at her feet.

"What about Juliun? What about your relationship? "

"I... I don't know"

"You've got to let him know else he'll think you're avoiding him. We can't let that happen can we?"

Jane made her way back to the computer and logged in to LoverTime.com.

"Ok Dear Juliun,
Today I got fired from WI so you won't be seeing me there anymore."

Cassy scratched her head in confusion
"Is that it? Aren't you going to write some more? How about I love you or--"

"No, I haven't finished yet. You won't be seeing me anywhere anymore its over."

Cassy sat there shocked with her eyes wide open.

"Your....ending.... it?"

"cmon lets go hang out somewhere peaceful to take our minds off things."

"But..."

Jane turned around and stared at Cassy.
"But what?"

"Nothing"

The girls walked together to the beach the most peaceful place you could go. They noticed a car that looked familiar.

"Isn't that Juliun's car? Maybe he's here." Cassy suggested

"It can't be its probably just a guy with the same car. Anyway what would a guy like him be doing at the beach?"

Jane and Cassidy picked a spot and sat down near the edge of a cliff. The sun was high in the pure blue, cloudless sky. A summer breeze brushed past and the seaguls soured so high they looked like tiny specs.

"Away from that noisy city at last." Jane took a deep breath, "Isn't the view beautiful?"

"Not as beautiful as you are." Cassy smiled.

" Awwh Cassu. Your the bestest friend I've ever had. Not like I've ever had any other best friends." They both laughed. "I don't think I need anyone except for you Cassy. Not even juliun."

"Awwh thanks." Cassy began to fidget for a bit. "This spot is rather uncomfortable. Lets move." She stood up and turned around and found Juliun stood there.

"Best friends. Always getting in the way of relationships." He grunted.

"Jul-"

"Quiet!" He interrupted, "If she's what's stopping you from loving me we'll just have to get rid of her won't we sweetheart.

"What?" But before Jane could get up to stop him, he charged forward at Cassy and shoved her over the edge of the cliff. She hung on to the edge of the cliff for dear life using all her strength to try and pull herself up. Angrily tugging, Jane tried to pull Juliun away from Cassy but it was no use. He was too heavy.

"Why are you doing this?" Jane cried but Juliun juat ignorec her.

"This is the end Cassidy. Now me and my future wife can live happily ever after with no distractions." And with that he stepped on Cassidy's hands forcing her to let go of the cliff edge and she fell.

"Noooo!!" Jane cried. "Cassy!"
Jane's cries weren't going to save her best friend from meeting her death. She heard a loud thump at the bottom of the cliff and saw poor Cassy slowly dissappear in to the water.

"LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE!! SHE WAS YOUNG!SHE STILL HAD A LIFE TO LIVE! SHE WAS THE REASON WHY WE WERE TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE! WE WILL NEVER HAVE A FUTURE TOGETHER.!!!"
Jane felt the tears swelling up in her eyes. She couldn't hold the anger and the fear in. Jane fell to the ground beating it with all the force she could however, simple or complex, no method was going to bring Jane Cassy back.

"I'll never find happiness again. Not without Cassy. " She muttered as she pulled out her phone.

"You're not calling the police are you?"

"Why not?" Jane sniffed, gripping her phone tightly.

"Because I've got something even more precious that you wouldn't risk loosing Mrs Jane Reading."
