*Dean's P.O.V.*
It was stupid thinking things were finally looking up. We got Bobby back, no one was currently trying to kill us, and we could finally take a break from the job. It was stupid smiling and and trying to thank Carrie; that's what got her hurt. I held her bleeding body in my arms as she blacked out, or at least that's what I'm hoping. She can't die. Not when I was just starting to not hate her completely. After watching her kick some demon ass in there... There's no way a little pig sticker would bring this girl down. No way in hell.
I lifted her up and Sam was hysterical. "Carrie! Oh my God, Dean what do we do? Cas!!! Cas we need you!" He yelled to the sky.
"Sammy, we can't wait around, we've gotta get her back to the motel now." I said, not believing the calm in my own voice.
Bobby pushed the back door open and slid himself across the seat. "Bring her back here boy, I'll take care of this."
"Bobby, she can't die." As gently as I could, I laid her in the backseat across Bobby's lap.
"Get in, you can tell me about who she is later." Bobby said. Same handed him the box he and I ha come to know and hate in times like this. "Let's go boys, now."
I got in the Impala, blood getting on the door and seat. I didn't care. Sam climbed in the front and looked at me with fear in his eyes. "She'll be fine Sammy, Bobby's got her."
"I won't have her for long if you don't get us the hell out of here." Bobby said.
Baby roared to life and I gunned it all the way back to the motel. I kept glancing in the rear view mirror, only to see her curls spiraling out of the bun it was in, blood soaking her clothes. All the color in her face was gone, and I couldn't hardly tell if she was bleeding or not. I pressed the gas pedal all the way down.
Screeching to a halt, Sam and I got out and grabbed Carrie, taking her into the motel room and laying her on a bed. Sam went for a bucket, water, and whiskey while I started taking off her bloodied clothes. They peeled away from her cold body, and her skin was streaked with red. Silently, Sam and I wiped away as much of the blood as we could.
When she was almost as good as new, except for the whole bleeding profusely and getting stabbed, Sam went back out to the car and brought Bobby in. His wounds weren't nearly as bad as Carrie, mostly just superficial cuts and bruises. What he really needed was the whiskey, food, and sleep. Don't we all.
With everything and everyone unloaded, I paced the room still covered in Carrie's blood.
"Dean, you're gonna wear a hole through the floor." Bobby said, adjusting his hat into place. "Get all that blood off you and go do something useful."
"Like what Bobby?" I asked.
"How about you tell me what the hell happened back there?" Bobby asked.
I sighed and Sam sat down as far away from Bobby as he could. "Well, we when you went missing, we went looking for you. Lead after lead the trail went cold. Until we found one that had the signs of Bobby written all over it. Only..."
Sam picked up where I left off. "Only it wasn't you." He pointed to Carrie. "It was her."
I sat on the edge of Carrie's bed before continuing. "She ganked a demon with nothing but a needle and a blanket Bobby. That's where we got the Holy Water in the syringe idea because she'd been doing it for years. When we asked for her help, she agreed to help us find you. We went back to your place, found a lead we didn't find before her, and that led us to finding you."
Sam interjected. "We also found out that Naomi wants Carrie as her vessel, and has the power to get into her head. While she's awake."
I gave Sam a look to make him shut up. Bobby spoke up. "Who is she?"
I scratched my head and Sam looked away. "She's your kid."
"No she isn't." Bobby said.
"But how can you be sure? Bobby, she's Annie Hawkins' daughter." Sam said.
Bobby's face went white and he looked at her lifeless body on the bed next to his. He was quiet for what felt like hours.
"Bobby?" Sam asked.
Bobby sighed and rubbed his face with both hands. "She's mine."
