plot twist?¿

The light shined through the slit between the curtains, waking me up so I decide to make some coffee. Slumping over to the little coffee maker in the bathroom & starting it up. It reminds me of my Grammy, that woman was the biggest fashionista I knew. Everywhere she went she looked like red carpet material, with her pumps on, big brand named clothes, makeup done to the T & her wigs done professionally. She didn't like dealing with her own hair so she just wore wigs, funny isn't it. I take the time I have alone to just go through my Instagram & tumblr. As I scroll through, reposting stuff as I go, Lorelei stirs & is awake. "Finally, Sleeping Beauty rises," I snicker, "Oh shut up, bitch I'm flawless." She sits up keeping her eyes closed. She then leans over & smacks Belle, "Ow what the hell man," She wakes up with daggers in her eyes. Oh shit beastly is awake. "Get up yah lazy turd." Belle gets up & walks over to grab some coffee, "Can you get-" Lorelei gets cut off, "NO IF YOU WANT DAMN COFFEE GET OFF YOUR LAZY ARSE & GET IT." I was laughing so hard, Lorelei's face was priceless. Belle started laughing too & Lorelei pouts her lip forcing Belle to cave. Lorelei claps her hands like a child & bounces around on the bed.
"What's the plans for today?" I ask, Belle pours the coffee, "Well Ethan wants to hangout with me today, so why don't we all just triple date?" I play with my fingers, looking down at my hands. Belle notices, "Kate, look, I know your last break up was tough on you, trust me it was tough on all of us to see you so down. So I think what's best for you is to try & be happy again. Because I see the way you look at him, I see how he looks at you, there is no denying that that is love right there." Lorelei boots in, "Take a chonce!!" Belle looks over at her, "This is not the time for 1D jokes Lorelei!!!" Busting up laughing, we proceed to get ready for the day.
My phone buzzed,
Jaycob: Hey (:

Me: Hi haha (:

Jaycob: How are you? Looking forward to seeing you this afternoon. (;

Me: I'm fine, thank you. & me too hah (:

I didn't realize he had my number, but I enjoyed talking to him. My butterflies were crazy right now... geez I better control that.

Me & the girls head out & meet up with the boys outside our hotel. Belle goes in for a hug with Ethan, they are so cute & Lorelei gives Drake a big kiss... oh. & Jaycob walks over to me smiling sweetly. "Hey, you look great," I grin, "You don't look too bad there yourself." I giggle & we as a group start walking around downtown. Lorelei dragged us into some shop filled with summertime/beach clothing. So I walked around looking at everything & seemed to have found a few shorts & tops, & a new bikini so I tried them on & I was getting a bit hungry so we stumbled upon this 50's diner. I absolutely loved it, it had old pictures, checker board detail, booths, waitresses wearing white dresses & roller skates. Totally cool. I ordered a club sandwich & a Pepsi. After the waiter left we all started talking; "So what made you guys want to come to LA?" Drake asked. Belle looked to me, "Well it was all Katelyn's idea & we just tagged along for the fun of it." Belle chuckled. They looked to me for more so I turn a bit pink in the cheeks. "Um, I didn't have a good home life. So since I was around 14, I planned on just getting up & leaving once I had turned 18 & graduated high school. So that's what I did, & here I am." Ethan smiled at me with understanding, "I totally agree, I had a pretty shaky home, so I left after highschool to LA in hopes to fulfill my music career & get some space from my parents." I nodded, "Have you spoken to them since?" He shook his head, "No I haven't spoken to them in months. But my plan is to show them that I wasn't the screw up they thought I was, by making something of myself." I agreed. My parents always thought I was the laziest person they ever met & that I wouldn't get anywhere with an attitude like mine. That's why I left, I never felt appreciated in that house, so by leaving I established myself again & am starting fresh with beautiful people. & so far everything was looking good. I glanced around the table while everyone was chatting, & I glanced at Jaycob. I studied the way he talked & his natural aneurysms. He was something else. He had this way of talking to others with such kindness & respect, I almost wish I was that good with people, but I'm kinda awkward about it. Butttt hey my personality makes up for it, I'm pretty cool to hang with so I've heard...... just kiddingggg.

After lunch we headed out to the carnival down the street on the boardwalk. Kinda similar to Santa Cruz but twice as fun. Speaking of that, that's the next place we need to go. We all walked around eating junk food & going on rides that seemed okay at first but took a sharp turn down Hell No Street. We then headed to an open bench on some grass to relax for a minute. "This has been so much fun!! I can't wait to do more," Belle squealed causing Ethan to look at her in some type of way that makes you think 'he's so in love'. Jaycob holds onto my hand shooting a million dollar smiling my way. I feel the butterflies swarming in my stomach causing me to giggle. Lorelei spoke up, "Kate, can we stay here longer? I mean I know you want to travel but I just... don't want to leave all this." She glanced at Drake half way smiling with a meaning look. "Yeah, can we?" Belle begs. I look around at all of them thinking. & then it hits me. "No," they all look at me with shock. Lorelei was about to go off on me but I cut her off, "because they are coming with us." Everyone's eyes widened, and the looked at each other with the smiles quickly becoming overly excited grins. "KATELYN YOUR A FREAKING GENIUS!" Lorelei screams hugging me. "How about it guys? You in?" Belle asks. Jaycob looks at me smiling, "I'm so in," I grin, closing the space between us & planting a big kiss on his lips. He smiled into the kiss... I loved when that happened oh my lord. "I can take time off of work, I haven't had a vacation in forever!" Drake exclaimed. Lorelei tackled him into a bear hug, causing them to fall on the grass. "Well I guess that's it, we are officially hitting the road together!" Ethan yelled in delight.
We then started discussing plans. "Okay so first of all we need to get a bigger car bc Katelyn's can only hold 5 at max & there is 6 of us." Belle pointed out. Ethan laughed, "Baby, we are gonna need something bigger than a car to hold all of us. If we are gonna travel, we are gonna do it in style." We all looked at each other confused. What did he have in mind then?

also I did change the maincharacters name to Katelyn bc I liked that name better & I feel like it suited the character more. but other than that, how are you guys liking it?? lemme know in the comments <3 votes are appreciated !!
