My name is Sarah Faye, I’m 17 years old and I’m from America. I have wavy brown hair and blue eyes. My best friend is Charlie Turner. She is 18 and lives down the street from me. She has dirty blonde hair and blue-green eyes and I don’t think I could live without her! We have been best friends since we were 5. She’s been there for me through the good times and the bad times, like when my dad died when I was 14 or when my goldfish died when I was 6.

It was the last month in my senior year of high school. It had been a great year! I was looking forward to summer and collage, I never knew how much my life could change in a month. I went from watching TV ,doing homework and maybe the odd party to getting into a life I though only existed in movies.  

I should start at the begging,

I woke up and got a shower, I then put on a pair of light blue skinny jeans, a white sleeveless baggy top a black blazer and a pair of white converse. I left my hair down and went to get breakfast. When I got to the kitchen my mom was drinking a cup of coffee.

“Do you need a ride to school?” my mom asked me.

“No I am walking with Charlie” I said while I poured cereal into a bowl.

 There was a knock at the door and my mom went to answer it while I finished eating my cereal. It was Charlie.

“Hi Mrs Faye” I heard Charlie say.

“Hi Charlie come on in Sarah is just finishing her breakfast”. I stood up and walked out to the front door Charlie was just coming in and my mom had gone back to the kitchen.

“Hey Charlie I will be ready in just a sec” I said as I ran upstairs to my bedroom. I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and put on some light make up. I usually didn’t bother but since it was our last month I decided I was going to look my best.

I heard Charlie shout “Sarah come on we’re going to be late!” I grabbed my bag and ran down the stairs.

“I going now mom” I shouted to my mom, she came out of the kitchen “Wait Sarah here’s some money to get lunch” she said as she handed me a 20 dollar bill. “Thanks mom” I replied.

“Have fun you two and try not to get in any trouble” she said as she closed the door.

 I only live about 10 minutes away from the school and my mom is usually gone to work early so I always walk which is fine because I usually have Charlie so we talk about gossip and stuff. We got to school and went to our lockers to get our books.

“I hear there’s a new guy in school, I wonder if he’s hot” said Charlie. I just rolled my eyes at her, she was always thinking about boys sometimes I wondered how she's a straight A student!

The bell rang and we went off to class. We both had History first. Mr Kane came into the class with a guy who I had never seen before so I guessed he was the new kid Charlie had talked about. “Good morning class” Mr Kane said. “Good morning sir” the class said together. “This is our new student Mr Horan he has just moved over from Ireland, I expect you to all give him a warm welcoming” Mr Kane said.

I was staring at the new kid I mean he was hot! He had dyed blonde hair and a quiff. He had beautiful blue eyes and was a muscular build. He looked a little older then us maybe 19. Mr Kane was talking to the boy as I was staring at him then he looked over to where I was sitting and his eyes locked onto mine I quickly looked away and started to blush. He walked over to the seat behind me an sat down then a few more students came in late and Mr Kane stopped talking to give out to them.

I turned to the new guy and said “Hi I’m Sarah Faye” then he said “Hi I’m Niall, Niall Horan” and we shook hands.
