Warnings supernatural ahead. Kidding Shadow is just a wimp.

Mouse's P.O.V.

Today's Halloween and for an assassin Shadows being paranoid. He thinks monsters are after him. He thinks this every Halloween. I ask him why, he says its personal. Alisha and I always ware our costumes, but alot of people do here. We don't tell each other what we dress up as so its like a surprise.

Alexander kept asking what I was going to be. I didn't tell him because he might tell Alisha. I don't know if they're friends or not.

I start with math, I was almost late. So I didn't see them before class. I have history and English with them, that's my 4th and 5th period. It's currently 2nd period. I have Spanish next period. Spanish is fun I laugh alot and nobody gets anything done.

The teacher gives us our assignment and expects us to already know. To most people, we have to teach our selves. I get my class work done early. I'm one of the few people who actually dose it. I always end up listening in on there conversations. I'm noise and its sometimes interesting. Though they do get on the subject on there sex life and I ignore them then.

So I'm often bored. I wait for the Bell to ring. It feels like forever before it dose. I thank the dragons for it. I guess wearing shorts, long sleeves, foxes ears, a fox tail, and knee high boots it an out of place costume. I'm a red fox and I look awesome. Shadow's said he's Batman, how original. That's his favorite costume.

Spanish is the usually, everyone laughing, and having a good time. Our teacher is in a costume as well. I think he's mega mind. I don't have many friends, so most classes I'm by myself. We don't get anything done. So going to my next the moment of truth comes.

I sit done and watch as Alisha comes in as the doctor, from Doctor Who. She looks at me and grins. "I should have know. You love your foxes." She says and we laugh. I see Alexander come in as a vampire, that's something I can see him as.

Half way through class he asks to go to the bathroom. A minute or so later he comes back in as a werewolf. The teacher stares at him for a while before he finally says something.

"Did you dress up as a vampire?" He asks. Alexander grins one thing that grin belongs to a different Gray.

"No sir, I'V been a werewolf all morning." The teacher nods continuing with the lesson. He gives us free time for the last fifteen minutes. So I walk over to him and sit down.

"Been a while hasn't it. So Francis what have you been up to." One reason I know its him, he's still wearing earings. He smiles and looks around.

"I've been great and you look great. So what gave me away this time?" Yup definitely Francis.

"Costume, earings, and most importantly you smile differently." He looked a little shocked. So I looked at him confused.

"You noticed a difference in our smiles!? How is that even possible were identical twins. We've been doing this all day, trading half way through class. It's fun messing with the teaches." That sounds like them. I feel bad for Alexanders teachers.

"That's evil, what are you even doing here?" I ask.

"Came to spend some time with my brother and to screw with people. Also to see you love." Ya that's why you added it in last. Thought I'm glad he's here to be with his brother.

"Well have fun" I walk over to Alisha. She kinda looks sad. "What's wrong?" She looked at me and gave me a broken smile.

"I'm moving in a few days." She's just now telling me. Why would she wait until now. I hear the Bell ring and she hurriedly leaves before I can say anything. I get up slowly and walk outside. I feel sad and a little mad she waited until now to tell me. Someone taps on my shoulder. I turn around to find the Gray twins.

"Can I help you?" I ask.

"Alexanders being mean can I spend lunch with you?" Francis asks.

"I'm not the one being mean its him! So you should spend lunch with me, not him." Alexander says.

"Ya but you also have friends here I don't. The only one I do have here is Mouse." Great now there arguing. So I walk away as they do this. Shadow and I are planning on skipping the rest of the day. He should be picking me up soon. Since we have off campus lunch I wought get in trouble. Shadow's already hacked the school and marked me as here.

I didn't realize he was already here until I saw the crowd of girls. I'll meet him by his car because its parked by the park. Ten minutes later the twins find me as Shadow walks over. Great.

"Why are there two of you?" Shadow asks sounding irritated.

"This is my twin brother Francis. Francis this is that pain in the ass Nightingale." He said it matter of fact like. I can see an argument coming. Francis automatically was glaring when he heard Nightingale. Should I do something, or let them fight it out.

"Lady's lets not make a scene." I say folding my arms.

"Your the only lady here is you. Now would you explain why your socializing with a Nightingale? Please tell me its not what I think." Francis says in a low voice. He sounds upset is that a bad thing.

"What exactly are you thinking?" I asked.

"Your cheating on me with a Nightingale. How could you!" He asked. What did he just say I was cheating on him.

"How am I cheating? What how does that even make sense, why would I cheat on someone with Shadow?"

"What's that's suppost to mean what's wrong with me?" Shadow says.

"You forgot were dating, how could you. I thought we had something special." I looked at him like he was crazy. "What"

"We're not dating." Shadow and Alexander start cracking up. Great the only time they get along is when they laugh at me. "Shut up. Shadow don't you have monsters after you to be avoiding, like every Halloween?" He turns red and covers my mouth.

"Shut up, I'm not parannoyed. He was there at my school, I don't what to be alone today. He'll catch me when I'm off guard." Shadow says this like a little kid.

"We go over this every Halloween, there's no monsters out to get you. Your so scared you spend it at my house, handing out candy. Which is kinda lame." Sure its mean but he needs to get over it.

"You believe in monsters?" Alexander asks. Shadow makes a face, and starts tugging on my arm.

"Time to go." He says opening the door of the car and ushering me in. Someone grads my hand. Looking over I see it's the twins

"You can't hog her. I see her the lease, so she should be with us." Francis says. Shadow starts glaring at him.

"What exactly do you have planed then?" Shadow doesn't want his parents to know about the monster.

"A party, what else." Alexander says dramatically. I roll my eyes.

"Sorry party's arent for us, were doing what we do every year." Shadows really against doing anything on Halloween. They make a face and think for a second.

"How about a deal? We all go to a party and if they're there well leave. So everyone wins"

"I don't win." I say.

"I don't know.... Promise we get to leave if he's there." Shadow sounds unsure and even a little nervous. I don't like party's but my option doesn't matter right now.

"Ya OK that works. Let's get out of here." With that we left school.
