Who dose this remind you of?

Unknowns P.O.V

I open the envelope and after I finish reading it contents I can't help but grin. Well this are about to get interesting. Let's see what these warriors are capable of. I bet the were called in because of my presents.

I look down the street to see a familiar girl walking towards me. She's so boring a goody to shoes assassin. I can help but feel sick. I can't wait for life to hit her. It will do her some good when it dose.

Mouse's P.O.V.

Ending the call with my mom I grown out loud. My cousins are coming to town. She didn't specify for how long either. They'll probably stay at my parents, but when they find out were I live... They'll basically make my life a living hell. Rose pokes my side and I slap her hand away. So she pokes me again.

"What's the matter?" Timothy asks.

"My cousins are visiting."  I grow out. I hear the laughter of a fimilar person, Alexander.

"Someone doesn't like their family." I hear him say.

"She's mine get lost." I hear Rose say playfully.

"Since when was this decided.?" Jackson asks.

"Yesterday when we became official best friends." She says excitedly. The way you would when someone proposed to you and your getting married. I think Timothy is modding his head.

"OK, but Francis might get jealous. Hey Mouse can I come over today?" Alexander asks. I look at him and roll my eyes. "What?" He says arching a brow.

"My cousins might come over. They like making my life hell." I say.

"Your point?" He asks smiling.

"Question, who's Francis?" Jackson asks. I look at the Lemkins confused faces. Oh, that's right they don't know about his twin. I think it's best to let Alexander explain.

"Good luck!" I say patting him on the shoulder, and then turn to leave. Of course he grabs my shoulder and keeps me in place. I can feel the dread coming off of him.

"He's my twin and is visiting me today. That's why I wanted to go to Mouse's apartment." He says groaning like I did earlier.

"I don't want him at my place. At that it's probably the first place he'd check." I point out to him. "And my cousin's will most likely come over."

"But!" I interrupt him.

"No, buts." He starts pouting and saying I'm mean. He's acting like Shadow. One of him is enough! I can't handle two.

"You could come over to our house." Timothy says.

"Really!" Alexander says.

"I wasn't talking to you, but you can come over to. I guess." Timothy says, and Alexanders back to pouting.

Later that day.

Well Francis, Alexander, Rose, Timothy, and me. Francis came over to my apartment when Alexander wasn't home. Were now all playing poker except Timothy, he's the dealer. We're actually betting real money, we exchanged for chips. Yes I have a poker chip set, and its a very expansive one.

I hear a knock at the door. I dread who it might be.

"Shouldn't you answer the door?" Rose asks. I look over at it and shake my head.

"Na, they'll eventually leave." She gives me a questioning look. I give her a lazy smile. Alexander rolls his eyes and gets up. "Don't answer it." I wispier yell at him as he walks over to the door. Of course he ignores me and opens it.

I see my cousin Kim standing in the door way. Her green eyes are the same color as her green hair, with a spray tan that went the wrong way (orange colored) skin. She's twenty one if I remember correctly. Next to her is a guy with black hair, orange eyes, and pinkish skin. Which means he's really pail, like how some ginger's are, and looks to be twenty three. They're holding hands, so I'm guessing he's her boyfriend Mike.

"Hi, how can I help you?" Alexander asks with a charming smile. She glares at him in return.

"I'm looking for my cousin Mouse's apartment." She says in an annoyed voice. I don't think she likes him very much.

"Your here!" He says in Mock enthusiasm. "She's over there." He says pointing at me and I flip him off. Francis starts laughing at this. Alexander smiles suggestively at me and I feel myself blush. I roll my eyes and go back to playing Texas holdem with everyone.

"hey loser." I hear Rem say, probably referring to me. I glance back at him. I see his blue-black hair, his cat like eyes, and tan skin. He's around twenty now.

"Get lost Rem." I say raising my bet. I know my face went blank when I heard him. Just hearing his name ruins my day. I hear him walk over and then he Yanks on a strand of my hair.

"Don't tell me what to do," he hisses at me "because unlike you I'm not a wanna be and a failure." I hear a famine laugh that belongs to Kiley, Rems girlfriend. She has pink hair and green eyes. From he accent and behavior she's Hispanic. She's a year older than Rem.

I can feel myself trying to turn off my emotions, and I'm trying to keep that from happening. I can feel everyone's eyes on me. I keep my eyes on my cards. This isn't work were I can kill my target. Their my family and there's nothing I can do. I'm trapped by the chains and bonds of family.

"Do you want to play in the next round?" I ask ignoring the hate filled energy radiating off of Rem. "I'm sure it won't be hard to win against a failure?" I challenge.

"Put your money where your mouth is." He says coldly. He seems to really hate me. Timothy deals the cards to us. Kin and Rem not only brought their special friends but normal friends as well. So all ten chairs are occupied and an extra chair was brought.

After an hour or so of playing, I get an ace and queen both of hearts. The first three cards that are shown are a king of hearts, ace of diamonds, and a ten of hearts. Bet five dollars and everyone but Kim, Rem, and Kiley fold.

"It's easy to bluff. But to make it believable is another story." Rem says confidently. I look at him blankly. I was not able to stop my emotions from turning off, but that's a skill he doesn't know about. Which is to my advantage.

For the past few games, I have him a fake tell sign. This makes him think every time I play with my bracelet, I'm bluffing. I also know everyone else's tell sign. I've noticed the other two don't fold unless Rem dose, when it's a high bet. I'm guessing they can't spot tell signs.

Shadow and I play poker all the time. We aren't aloud to Gamble legally, but when we do we make out like bandits. The other assassins in our region don't like playing with us as much now. I wish Shadow was here, it would be more fun. Plus he can count cards.

Since my cousin's got here I've lost some money. I have a feeling I'll make my money back, if I win this round. Rem raises me a filler and we three add ours. I look at Timothy awaiting the next card. He places a queen of spade's down. I have a pair of Queens and ace's, but if a kick of hearts comes I'll have a royal flush.

I bet another two dollars and Rem raises again, this time tree dollars. I'm guessing he has something. Now we wait for the final card I can see everyone watching intently. As always Rem looks smug. A thought hit me what if he can read cards like Shadow. That could mean he knows the out come of this game.

I see Timothy placing the last card and its a six of clubs. At least I still have a good hand. Everyone shows their cards but Rem. He looks at me and grins.

"I win." he says showing use his cards. He had the king of diamonds and of spades, a three pair. I lost like i always do. He seemed happy with my failure. then the next game started and it was the same. He always wins against me.

So what do you think of her cousin? My friend rushed me to publish this or it would have been longer. Please vote and commit.
