Mouse's P.O.V

I'm so sore that I don't want to get up. Man, he sure knows who to fight. I get up and see some bruises. I got in a fight with Rem. I think it's clear who lost.

I change and get ready for school. Not that I really want to. I grad my backpack and head out the door. Rose was waiting outside it turns out. She smiles at me and I smile back.

"Morning." I say stretching.

"Good morning." She says cheerily. What's good about I do not know. "I have something for you!" She's say happily.

"You do?" He nods her head.

"But you have to wait until after school."

"Okay." We walk to school together. There is rummers that there is a bunch of new students starting today, a least four. Which is funny because we had a new student last week. We've been getting a lot of new students recently. I blame Alexander.

I don't know anything about them though. I don't take part in gossip and such things. Rose doesn't always but dose sometimes. Form what I understand she's visiting her boyfriend after school. So I'll be walking home alone. She's bringing the surprise to my house around seven.

Shadow is helping my cousin in the search. So I have a lot of free time to myself recently. Except when Alexander comes over. That isn't happening as much though. Rose and I go to our lockers, hers is on the other side of school, so we part ways. The hallways are always noisy.

So I'm on alert when it got quite. I look around and see everyone is staring at four kids. I thought this kind of thing only happens in moves. There is three girls and one boy. I'm guessing they're the new students. The girls have light brown hair, nicely tanned skin , and violet eyes. They're very pretty, but probably already know that. They're triplets. All in heals and matching outfits. The only difference is the color of their outfits. They are maybe a year younger than me.

They guy has black hair and violet eyes, like his sisters. He looks to be a year older than me. That's not what caught my attention. It's the emblem they're wearing that's got me worried. It's the family crest of the Killens. They happen to be the number one assassin family in our country. So there a bit of a big deal. I have a feeling my parents and I need to have a little discussion.

I see a blond walking over to them. When he turns around, I see its Alexander. He walks and talks with them until out of sight. I didn't know he knew them. I should get to class. I head over to math quickly.

This class is one of few I'm alone in. I like that about this class, and the assigned seats. Most people don't, but then I don't have to choose who to sit by. I see the assignment on the board. I start on it automatically, even though I'm early to class.

I hear the door open and see someone come in. He turns around and I'm met with chocolate brown eyes. Chocolate brown eyes... The only person with eyes like that I know is Samuel! Is this where he was moving? How long has he been here? And I'm i only just now noticing him. I'm a horrible person.

"Hi" I say a little embarrassed. He smiles broadly at me.

"Hi! How have you been? I didn't know you lived in this town." He says in a rush.

"I've been good and I've lived here for as long as I can remember. I didn't realize you were here sorry I didn't notice earlier. How about you, how have you been?" I say politely.

"I've been good." He says walking over to me. "We should get ice cream again sometime." He adds. He seems to think for a moment. "You like vanilla, right?" He asks, I can't help but smile.
