Ray was mischievous and wanted to pull a small prank.
He dressed up in a black and white striped long sleeve, overalls and a bowler(ish) hat. He put on face paint and became.

His name was Chuckles.
He snuck up on Frank and 'threw' a lasso around him, Frankie went stiff and became afraid.
That's weird, thought Ray as he began to pull.
Frankie went flying.
"Help me! A ghost's got me!" Frank burst into tears.
Suddenly Dean and Sam Winchester appeared.
"Sam, where are we?" Asked Dean.
"Maybe Hell?" Suggested Sam.
"No, we've been there and this isn't it."
Frankie's feminine squeal for help got their attention.
They found Frank still being dragged by Ray.
They saw Ray and Sammy freaked out.
"Dean it's a CLOWN!" He burst into tears.
"You big baby, it's a MIME, not a clown."
"Oh..."
They jumped Ray.
"Ray?! That was you?"
"I wanted to have fun," said Ray with a cute sad face.
"I forgive you," said Frankie with his cute grin.
"Group hug!" Said Dean.
They hugged and Cas took the brothers home.
