Chapter 8

Korra

I gasp and looks up shocked. "Hi" she says. "Asami? Asami! Oh my gosh!" I hug her for dear life and she laughs and hugs me as well. I start to cry "I'm so sorry about everything. I should have known you were in trouble when you didn't come back but I didn't go save you and now your in here cause of me and I blame myself for this and I..." she interrupts "Slow down Korra this wasn't your fault" I pull away and looks at her "Yes it was and I feel so ashamed about this cause I'm the worst...mnnh" she cuts me off by kissing me and I look shocked. She pulls away and says "Your not the worst Avatar, Korra. You don't have to be ashamed cause you didn't save me in time. I should have known it was a trap but I didn't think it would be. It's my fault I'm in here okay?. Don't blame yourself alright?" I didn't hear a word she said cause I am still shocked from the kiss. "Korra?" she says and I snap out of it "Right um...what did you say?" she rolls her eyes "I said don't blame yourself for this, alright?" "Don't blame myself for this. Yeah okay I won't" "Good. So the whole panties in a twist thing you said..." she says "Yeah" I say confused "I think your the one with your panties in a twist" she smirks "Why?" "Cause your face was priceless when I kissed you" "Oh...oh" I blush and looks away "I guess they are" she laughs and I laugh with her.

Asami

A day later we finally leave the hospital and head home. I sigh "It's good to be out of the hospital" I smile. "Why do you say that?" Korra asks "I don't know actually" she laughs "Well I'm glad your out too cause I don't think I would have handled being in there for another day" "Now why do you say that?" "Cause I've never really been fond with hospitals" she says. "Why cause it's scary looking?" "No" I look at her and smirks "Okay maybe it is" I laugh "But it's just that I don't like it cause you look around everywhere and see helpless people on beds that have horrible cuts and wounds and burns and what not and...and it's just horrible to look at cause who knows if they'll make it or not". "Yes hospitals are scary looking but the nurses and doctors there do a great job on saving those helpless people. Look at me I'm perfectly fine and healthy again. They never quit on those poor people just like you never quit on saving your people" she smiles "Thanks Asami" "My pleasure" I smile too. We arrive at my place and we head inside. Right when Korra closes the door I push her against the door and kisses her. "Ah...Asami" she says "Yes?" "What...are...you...doing?" she says between kisses "Kissing you of course" I smirk and kisses her neck "Aahhh...wait" she pushes me away and I look confused. "Sorry but it's just I don't want to take it too far" she rubs the back of her neck and looks ashamed "Oh it's alright. If you want to wait then we'll wait" "Thanks" "No problem". "So what do you want to do?" I ask "Well remember when I told you we can go see my polar bear dog?" I nod "Do you want to go see her cause I think she's worried about you?" "Well then we wouldn't want to worry her anymore" I smile "Awesome" "But uh you need to go and take off the lipstick on your face and neck" I laugh and she blushes "Yeah I'll be right back" she quickly runs to the bathroom and I roll my eyes.

Korra

We get to my place and I get the same treatment that happened the last time. I hear Asami laugh and I get up and scolds at her while brushing off my clothes "What? It was hilarious" "Sure it was". Then Naga goes and tackles her to the ground and licks her as well and I roll on the floor laughing. She gets up and stands with her weight shifted to one leg and her hand places itself on her hip and she scolds "Really?" "What? It was hilarious" I mimic her and smirks. "Whatever just get her saliva off me" "No problemo" I get up and waterbends the saliva off her and puts it in the kitchen sink. "So you were worried about me Naga?" she says and scratches her ear and Naga whimpers happily. "Well I'm totally fine so you don't have to worry anymore" Naga licks her face and I laugh again. She looks at me in a devilish way and I back up slowly and clears my throat. "Well I'm gonna go to my room and lock myself in there so y'all enjoy whatever y'all want to do and I'll just go" "Oh no you don't" she runs to me and I scream and turns to run to my room. Before I can head inside she tackles me to the ground and wipes the saliva off with her hand and rubs it all over face. "Alright! Alright! You got me! You can stop already!" she gets off me and I look up at her all mad. "What? It was hilarious" she laughs and helps me up. "Remind me to never get you mad" "Sure I won't" she smirks and winks.

And that is my story! I wanted to go up to 10 chapters but the whole beating Amon will be hard to do. So just think of the last three episodes of season 1 as my ending.
