Chapter 6

After I get out of the shower I decide to just put on some sweatpants and a tank top since it was getting so late. I hear even more screaming from downstairs so once again I run down the stairs to find Ethan and Grayson snapping mousetraps onto their fingers! "What are you doing?!?!? You're going to break your fingers!!!" I squealed. "We're doing the clothes pin challenge" Cam said laughing hysterically at the twins. I started laughing at Cam laughing because when he laughs really hard he makes a weird face. Ethan looked at me and said "even in sweatpants and no makeup you still look pretty" "awwwh stop you're making me blush" I said. I walked into the kitchen to find Nash in there with his girlfriend Natalina (Nat for short). They were sitting at the table talking when I walked in Nat gave me a dirty look. She didn't like me very much because she always thinks that there's something between Nash and I, but I didn't care I didn't like her either. I knew Nash could do so much better because he has. His last girlfriend was amazing and I can't believe her let her go. "I don't know why you're staring at me like that but you better wipe that look off you're face before I come over there and slap it off" I said to her not even looking at her. I heard Nash laugh a little. "Nash is that funny to you that she's threatening to hit me??" Nat said. "It is pretty funny babe". He replied. They began arguing and yelling at each other then I finally decided to interfere. I marched up to Natalina, got in her face and said "I think it's time for you to go have a nice night." Nash said nothing. "FINE! But if I go we're done Nash" Nat screamed. Again Nash said nothing. "WE'RE DONE NASH GRIER!" She screamed. "GOOD!" He yelled back. He walked to the door and opened it for her and made a gesture for her to get out. He slammed the door and moments later we heard tires screeching down the street. Nash came back in the kitchen with a sad look on his face. I gave him a hug and said "honestly it was time for that relationship to end anyways that girl was psycho" "i know" he said smiling. Just then we heard a loud clap of thunder and all of the sudden it started pouring rain. I looked out the window to see nothing but just rain, and a lot of it. Cam and the twins came into the kitchen and sat down. They all had strange pinch marks on their faces from the clothespins. "So Mace what's for dinner?" Asked Cam. "I guess I can make Chicken and Spanish rice (arroz con pollo)" I said. "YES! I love it when she makes the food of her people". Said Cam. I rolled my eyes at him and laughed. I'm full Puerto Rican so sometimes I cook them authentic Puerto Rican food and they love it. I grab some chicken from the freezer and throw it in a pan and season it a little. I take some rice and mix it with a tomato cooking base and put it in the pressure cooker with some seasoning. About 30 minutes later the food was ready. The boys dug right in. "Mmmmmmmhhmmm Mace this is so good!" Said Grayson. "Probably the best food I've ever had." Said Ethan. "Thanks guys that's means a lot coming from you!" I replied. We heard another loud clap of thunder. It had been raining really hard for about an hour and it was starting to flood outside. "Cam its flooding outside.." I said. He looked at the twins and said " well I'm definitely not letting you two drive in that you guys are staying here tonight."
